Welcome to Adventure Sika, a relaxed Motuoapa holiday home with unlimited WiFi, situated just 3-minutes drive or a 20-minute walk from the waters of Lake Taupo! Or a 35 minute drive to Taupo City.

This welcoming and spacious holiday home is great. Whether it's a summer stay or winter getaway, Adventure Sika is set up for year-round comfort with air conditioning and a heat pump.

The warm and inviting open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the top floor opens out onto a sheltered sundeck with a view out to the lake.

Sleeping up to 10 guests makes this spot ideal for the whole family and then some. Adventure Sika comes equipped with those holiday essentials for a self-catered stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a few nice extras such as a spa bath. There's even a playground just across the road and a basketball and tennis courts just a 5-minute walk down the road.

In an ideal location for boat enthusiasts & Fly fishing enthusiasts Adventure Sika is situated just 3-minutes drive from Motuoapa marina, wharf and boat ramps and the Tongariro River, And with the ski Fields (45 minutes drive), Turangi, the Tongariro River, Tokaanu Hot Springs, mountain biking and more all within driving distance you won't be short on things to see and do!

We loved staying at adventure sika! The bach was clean, comfortable and having the living room and kitchen upstairs opening to the balcony was brilliant. We would recommend this property and definitely stay again.

Spacious & warm

Plenty of space, double garage, space on the drive to park a boat. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Warm with 3 heatpumps. BBQ was not clean - property instructions were to clean up after ourselves on the BBQ (fine) but BBQ required significant cleaning before it could be used (then we cleaned again afterward). Maybe the cleaners could check the BBQ when they do the cleaning. Thanks.

unless you travel with tech savvy teenager dont book

well the tv doesnt work thur normal channels , the bathrooms shower traps had not been cleaned in months , all upstairs windows had not been cleaned , not a sharp knive onsite very unfriendly ownernever ever using this house again
