Located in the vibrant and exciting Midtown Atlanta, our fully furnished condo is completely ready for you to enjoy. Whatever you are seeking a short term furnished rental in the city or a long term housing solution, our condo is perfect for business or leisure travel. We have just renovated the unit with an eye toward detail and comfort. Our place comes equipped with full kitchen with Quartz counter top and cookware and flatware for your convenience. You will see recessed lighting and crown molding, which gives an apartment a contemporary, vital feeling. Other great futures include hi speed internet and free parking as well as a washer/dryer in the unit.
Our prime Midtown location offers convenient access to Atlanta's numerous attractions, restaurants, business and entertainment.
There are convenience stores within walking distance, as well as a Trader Joe’s close by. Best of Atlanta restaurants and clubs are just around the corner and Ponce City Market is nearby. You can easily find your way to the Fox Theatre and Atlanta Symphony Center for a show or a concert, High Museum and Woodruff Art Center. Piedmont Park, Botanical Garden and Atlanta Beltline are also within walking distance when you are ready for some fresh air or want to attend one of the numerous events held there.
Atlanta Aquarium, CNN center and Americas Mart are just a short UBER or Marta drive away.

Excellent Property!

Very updated, clean property and we had everything we needed. It's in a great midtown location, close to everything. We walked to the restaurants on Peachtree within minutes. The owners were very pleasant to work with and they have a quick response time. Would definitely stay here again!

A cozy apartment in a convenient central location within walking distance of everything you need and a 10 min subway ride to Downtown ATL. Apartment is on the 2nd floor, provides basic necessities; similar to a studio apt w/ separate bedroom. Our host, Andre, was fantastic, responded to any issue within mins & was very accommodating. Honeymoon/Thanksgiving Vacation in a VRBO on Piedmont

Hubby and I loved the location, the apartment and the easy check in and out. The only complaint is that we, being 65+, felt that the bed was too hard. I guess that we just were just used to our own therapeutic bed. Otherwise, we have no complaint. Thank you Andre

Perfect location to visit Atlanta

We only had one evening to stay at this clean, comfortable perfectly located rental close to park. Host was very helpful and made several recommendations. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great vacation!

I loved the location of this little condo! Very walkable and near lots of restaurants, on site parking was great. It is small, which is fine for 2-3 people. Andre was super responsive, every request and question was promptly answered. As previous reviewers have said, the AC unit is loud and the floors are creaky. I felt like we couldn't talk too loudly as it was a little echo-y. Only real complaint, is if you like really hot showers, the bathroom gets super steamy and there's no vent or anything to help relieve the steam/heat. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

As people previously said the condo is very clean and close to everything. Andre does respond very fast to any questions you have. However. the bed is uncomfortable and the ac is very loud! They do provide ear plugs but I didn't feel comfortable wearing them. If you can get over this two obstacles you will enjoy your stay!

Awesome Midtown Spot!

The rating is really 4.5 stars, if only as a caution to light sleepers. The air conditioning works fine, but it's NOISY. Also, be careful when using the combo washer/dryer. Again, it works, but check often, or you'll find the clothes wrinkled or worse. I repeat - I'd stay here again without hesitation; just trying to help. :-)

Lacking in comfort

Though the location for this property is wonderful, and Andre was very quick to respond to my texts, the property itself did not provide a comfortable stay at all. There was not a comfortable piece of furniture in the place, and that includes the bed, which I would guess was pretty old. Add to this the fact that every time the air conditioning came on it sounded like gale force winds had just hit. This was loudest in the bedroom, so if the AC was at a temp to keep the place comfortable for sleeping, then we were awakened every time it came on. The fact that a sealed package of ear plugs was on each side of the bed would indicate that this noise is a known factor. Consequently, we kept the evening temp at 80 so that the AC wouldn't come on. Thankfully there is an overhead fan in the bedroom. Overall we found it difficult to sleep, woke up with achy bodies, and didn't have anything more comfortable to sit/sleep on. Not perfect when you want energy for your visit to the city.

Great urban residential neighborhood; conveniently located -- walk to many restaurants, public transportation, Piedmont Park, and more. One block from an upscale hardware store; two blocks to a top brand coffee shop. We did not rent a car during our week's stay and saw all the sights of Atlanta. Nicely furnished and updated property; attentive owners.
