Wonderful Location & Top Rate House [Times SQ Mall/Y.D.P Station]
The Seoul House (Yeongdeungpo) is a place which is renovated to a modern style house with a small patio in a quiet and safe residential area.
3 rooms with 2 toilets (max. 6 persons) -Size 70(m2)
Room 1 : queen sized bed (2 persons)
Room 2 : super single sized bunk bed (2 persons)
Room 3 : queen sized bed (2 persons)
*11 years of experienced host will guide you with check in & out
Once the reservation is completed, we will provide more details about our place via WhatsApp or other available messengers.
*Food and parcel deliveries are very easy to access and if you need help from the host, we are always there for you.
*Many TV channels, including sports and children’s, and Netflix are available.
*Whole house has an international electric socket for your convenience (You must check your electronic devices for 220v)
*Easy and clean to dispose of garbage and recycle items in a yard.
*You can smoke in the yard, but the inside of the house is smoke free.
*We are located 3 min from Yeongdeungpo Station which has subway lines #1 & KTX train, Airport Bus #6008. Easy and convenient to access everywhere in Seoul.
*Yeongdeungpo eatery town is within 10 min and there are more than 500 restaurants you can choose from.
*Emart, Times Square Mall, Lotte Dept. Store and underground shopping mall is located within 10min.
*There is a Youngdeungpo park nearby and also easy to access Han river park.
