Private security and 24h. Condominium is 5 minutes from Barra de Jacuípe, 10 minutes from Guarajuba and 25 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. Will be charged for outside energy and water consumption, by reading the watches.

A acomodação é excelente! Sempre que retornamos pois nos sentimos em casa. Desta vez trouxemos cinco crianças que adoraram o espaço da casa e do clube do condomínio. A recepção foi muito boa, ficamos super a vontade, a casa é muito aconchegante. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e com tudo que precisávamos além de contarmos a presteza do anfitrião, Ivan .
