Everything was perfect!! The host texted me with all the information I needed as well as some great restaurants! The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful! Even saw some dolphins! Would definitely stay again!

Very Nice!

We love staying here. It's nice and relaxing. We enjoy the pool and pickle ball courts. They provide you with paddles and balls. They have absolutely everything you need supplied for you. Our flight came in early and they were able to accommodate us. Any questions that we had were answered immediately. It's right by Sam's Beach Bar right on the water. Believe me, the food is so good!

We enjoyed this well laid out cozy condo. We loved to sit on the balcony for sunset over the water! Nice workout rooms and pool area.

Great getaway!

My family stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great condo, very clean and we loved how things were labeled to help us find and utilize the property. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We also enjoyed the game room and the temperature controlled pool. Great place!

We love staying at this condo area. The whole place is very clean and very quiet. This particular condo was nice because it had a washer and dryer. All the appliances were new & plenty of extra pillows and towels.

Nice stay.

The view was great and the property was very nice. It was a short stay unfortunately but loved it. The check in was a little confusing at first but that was fine. The only issue was when Shar, caretaker of property, walked into the condo without anyone allowing her to come in and she walked in with her dog. Nice lady but that felt a little inappropriate. Other than that no issue

Beautiful, serene and looks like the pictures

It's just as beautiful as the pictures and the view even more so! This is one of the best and cleanest condos I have ever stayed at. Communication was great. If there is something specific you need, I recommend that you ask before the trip and I'm sure Scott will do what he can to accommodate you. The views of the sunset from the balcony were incredible. I saw 3 dolphins swimming in the lagoon the first evening. Access to the lagoon is on floor 1 (the ground level is Parking). You can walk around to the opposite side on the little nature trail. Currently the bridge is gone I think because of the hurricane, so I couldn't walk the whole trail. The trees are full of nesting cormorants and there was also a Great Blue Heron. If you like birding, this place is for you! Lots of gulls, ducks, pelicans. Little White Egret, Great White Egret, White Ibis, etc. Note that parking is outside and not in a garage and there is a little bit of a walk to the door. If someone has mobility issues, they can be dropped off inside the garage by the little lobby entrance to get to the elevators. The condo is a couple doors down from the elevator, so a pretty short walk. The only negative is driving time. If everything you are doing is in Tampa, I would not recommend staying here. Traffic is terrible. It takes 70-90 minutes. You will be in the car about 3 hours per day. I also went to Crystal River and Homosassa Springs, so it was worth staying here for me since they are an hour north

Great Time of Year to Visit

This was a short stay. We've stayed some of these condos before. This one was nice and clean. Happy to stay here again.

Great location for sunsets!

Would've had 5 stars but we had several bumps upon arrival with housekeeping. However, photos were sent and good communication with owner should have all rectified for the next guests!Excellent sunsets, you will not be disappointed. Very nice pool!Quiet, secure location. We appreciate staying in this area when visiting family.

Wonderful! But could use some deep cleaning.

The condo is as advertise wonderful. We were comfortable, safe and satisfied. Just as advertised. The place just need some serous frosting off. My feed were brown fro Walking barefoot upon arrival… the drawers had hair, dust, left over toiletries from others… crumbs in the kitchen utensils drawers. Serious dirt under the beds. Luckily there was plenty of cleaning supplies for my use! Bathrooms were clean otherwise. The master bathroom gets warm, but the owners know evidently… so much that an air circulation fan is provided and that took care of the issue. We would stay here again. But I would ask to get a discount for the cleaning fee so I can pay myself for getting the place ready for use.

Wonderful Vacation!

The Condo was beautiful! Well kept and well stocked. The owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with, he is a 5 star. Neighbors were very friendly, view of the gulf was awesome sunrise to sunset. We were very pleased with absolutely everything.

Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back

I new this was going to be a wonderful vacation as the host was helpful before we even arrived. Check-in was easy and the folks at the guard shack were very friendly and helpful. Parking was also a breeze and there are shopping carts on the parking level to assist you getting all of your things up to the condo. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The Gulf and Lagoon were right outside our balcony. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and all of the nature around us, especially the dolphin we saw! The pool is great with pool noodles and a variety of rafts that you can use on a first come first serve basis. Bring your own and Float around to your Hearts content. If you open an umbrella please remember to close it and tie it as the Gulf breeze/wind can topple them over if left open. This wonderful Breeze also allowed us to keep the AC off for several days and we enjoyed cool temperatures at the end of May through the large screened door off the balcony. The condo is well stocked with all the Comforts of home. The beautifully decorated kitchen has amazing appliances and made cooking meals for my family very easy. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the showers have wonderful water pressure. If you enjoy pickleball the owner has provided equipment for you to use on the courts that are at the front of the property. It was sad to leave but exciting to know that we will be back!

Cannot wait to return

This property exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful from the minute we got there to the minute we left. The accommodations were beautiful, up-to-date and comfortable. We had everything we needed including a wonderful balcony with beautiful sunsets. It was fun to keep an eye on the Lagoon to look out for wildlife. It was a huge plus when we saw a dolphin. The pool area was perfect. Lots of chairs extra floaties and lots of room to move around. We can't wait to go back!

Refinished and upgraded condo on a gulf inlet.

The condo was lovely in every way. Recent upgrades to kitchen and living room were very nice. Views of the gulf were spectacular. The outdoor pool is huge. Id definitely stay again.

Good vacation

A secure, quiet building with an exceptionally nice, heated pool and well-maintained waterfront grounds. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and using the games room. Clean, comfortable condo. Also enjoyed the freshwater fine sand beach 10 minutes away called SunWest Park, it is worth the drive.
