Fantastic stay, beautiful yard

I loved staying here with my girlfriends for a night. Very centrally located, efficient, cozy and comfortable. We had dinner at De Gacho a Charro and it was delicious!! I highly recommend the stay for a simple and affordable time in Cabo

Cute and clean near marina

As advertised, short walk from marina. The room is clean and has everything needed for a short stay. Fluffy towels and soft sheets. This is typical Mexican, so hot water is limited. We didn't use the kitchen but well equipped if you needed to cook a simple meal. Overall a nice place to rest your head.

Short get away

Property is overall well maintained. Would be nice to have tissues/towels in the room. The neighbors big dogs were disturbing/baking at night.

NICE PLACE TO STAT

The host is awesome and very helpful. The room was cute, clean and stocked with what I needed and more. Location is great, but if you are a single woman, I would suggest taking a cab to location at night for safety. There is a dog next door that barks constantly and at times doesn't stop. One suggestion, make sure you have a google map printed so that you can show the any driver that is transporting you. The address is not accurate, and they keep thinking you want to go somewhere else.

Just the Basics

The property is good for those looking to save money due to affordable rates. There are no TV's, No views, and the neighborhood is questionable. If you are okay with dogs and roosters waking you up in the middle of the night then this is the place for you. I frankly did not come to CABO to vacation, I was here to take care of personal business at a govt. office so I was just looking for a clean room with low cost for a couple of nights. on the positive side, the location is within walking distance to the Marina and the main strip of downtown Cabo. Again just be aware you will be walking through neighborhoods that are pretty run down many of which have graffiti, broken concrete on sidewalks as well as random dog feces on the sidewalks. I would describe this property as more of a hostel, the hot water did not work one of the morning I was there so I had to take a cold shower. Hey, again...this is not for everyone but if that's your cup a tea...this is the place for you. If saving money is your number 1 priority, this is an okay place to stay.

Cozy room with beautiful garden and close to the marina

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. Cabo and all the people are very nice. Pros: cute room with comfortable queen bed (not king size per listing) and soft sheets; frig and microwave worked great; gorgeous garden oasis area with a few different places to sit and enjoy the fruit trees, flowers and birds; about a 7 minute walk to marina with great places to eat nearby. The closet is adequate with 9-10 hangers. There were only two fluffy bath towels but we were given two fresh towels on day 5. Cons: the couch would be fine for a child to sleep but not an adult in our opinion. The room could use a few more things like a second cereal bowl, a couple of hand towels and washcloths, a soap holder in the shower, a full length mirror, some more wall hooks in the bathroom for drying out bathing suits and wet clothes. The water pressure is low, but I think that is normal for Mexico but thought it worth mentioning so future guests are prepared. I am commenting on these things that would make our stay better. It is not the owners fault, but there is a chained up dog next door that barks a lot and sometimes for hours in a row (very sad) and his owner played loud music until past midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. My ear plugs helped some but not always.

Clean, convenient property

This was a good spot to stay to be far enough away from the marina and night clubs to sleep, but close enough to walk around to anything you need. The room was clean, check in was easy, and the host checked partway Into the stay if we needed anything. The one thing to note is the listing shows a king bed, but it's actually a queen. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Would stay again and recommend it to others.

Short and sweet

I only stayed one night and was out most of the time but everything worked as it should. The place was clean and well kept. The garden, property, decoration was fantastic. I wish i was staying longer.

TRANSPORTATION: The San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is 35 minutes by car on the toll road. 15 min. walking from Playa El Medano and just 7 blocks from the bus stop (La Ruta Del Desierto), which takes you to beaches such as: Chileno, Santa Maria, Palmilla and Las Viudas. This same bus can take you to the airport.
10 minutes walking from Puerto Paraiso shopping center and Luxury Avenue.
The El Águila bus terminal that takes you to La Paz, is 9 min. by car.
The bus that takes you to the airport passes 7 blocks from our place.
