Nice place to relax at the beach

Clean, nice area, nice pool close to myrtle area and things to do. Would rent from again

Overall, the property was good for what we needed. Very disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time, although pools in the area were open.

Extremely disappointed

Outdoor area was disgustingly dirty with 1 filthy old dining chair. Inside carpet and couch were both very dirty and worn. Couch was also not comfortable to sit on. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. No paper towel, no dish soap and no garbage bags. Additionally no hangers in closet. Images were obviously old and we have updated ones that can confirm this. My first VRBO experience and probably my last.

little river golf villa

Enjoyed our stay overall. The location worked out nicely to get to nearby restaurants and it was a close easy drive over to Sunset beach, which we enjoyed visiting. It was also easy enough to get to Myrtle Beach and shopping. The condo meet the description and was equipped and overall clean, but in our opinion it is due for some couch and carpet replacement. The complex was nice and quiet and nicely landscaped. Glad to have the screened porch, but the chairs were not great for sitting, a bit to small and flimsy. Overall I would stay again.
