Beautiful Apartment built 2019

Tramican Street House is a beautifully presented multi level, 2 bedroom house that captures great breezes and ocean views.
Both bedrooms that are downstairs from the living level have ceiling fans The well stocked kitchen is modern with electric cook top, dishwasher and microwave, and opens to the living and dining areas which both have ceiling fans, flows out onto the spacious deck. Included in the property is WIFI and FOXTEL, a Miele front load washing machine and clothes dryer, 2 car undercover off street parking and a weber gas BBQ.

Linen is supplied and beds are made ready for your arrival.

Cleaning is included in the tariff at this property.

Lovely spot for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Modern home with beautiful views out to Cylinder and Home Beach. We love North Stradbroke Island as it is a beautiful place to relax and recharge. The house is in a good location and very well maintained. We were very surprised by the amount of street noise at times.

Nice view, but the place needs a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arriving the place and it had a beautiful view of cylinder beach. But walking around and the floor was filthy. The place felt gross, dust on mould on the couch pillows. Curtains were flithly and all the windows needed a clean.

My stay at Tramican House
