Renovated and clean 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms house and full equipped kitchen is comfortable for sleeping 6 persons in the quite neighborhood in the East Charlotte. The large living room is furnished with everything you need to relax. Good for families, business travel, tourism, holiday visit, weekends. Located 15 minutes from center city, 3 min from E Independence Blvd, 10 minutes from Matthews and Mint Hill, 25 minutes from Concord.

Nice but needs updates

The rental process was amazing however the beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom toilets need some work. The primary bathroom had to jiggle the handle to stop from running and the toilet seat in the hall bathroom needs a new seat. Could use more kitchen supplies as well.

Thankful Thanksgiving

We loved your home and was perfect for our Thanksgiving away from home. Your place was clean. Beds were comfortable. It’s in a great area. Quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for our dogs. Thanks for a quick check in and check out! Would definitely like to stay again in the future.

Location worked well for me because I had family up in Concord to the south east side in Indian Trail . There was a grocery store and gas station just a couple blocks away. Could have used another TV. Otherwise the house had some Christmas decorations and comfortable

Work stay in Charlotte

Great property, very comfortable for our 2 week work stay. Beds comfortable showers very nice but not a very large hot water heater but we worked around it. Could use an information notebook on trash day, stores in the area , fast foods etc. We will rent again.

Lovely Stay

The property was as presented and we had everything we needed. The owner was prompt in answering questions through Vrbo. The location was convenient to local needs as well as other areas of North Carolina. I would highly recommend it.

Nice place to stay

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants and only a few miles from Indian trails and Matthews where we were heading. The house is very clean and meets all basic needs. The only problem we had was the door code system is a little hard to activate. Would also loved to have had access to instructions about TV, WiFi, check in/ checkout etc.. since nothing is listed on the sight, however the hostess was great about getting back to me very quickly with the answers to all my questions.
