We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Hailey, Idaho! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from downtown Hailey and an easy drive to Sun Valley. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!).The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting after long days of exploring.The host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Hailey/Sun Valley area!

Trip to Sung Valley for skiing

I planned a short trip to ski at Sun Valley for myself and a friend. He became injured and could not go. I went and found the unit perfect for what I was looking for and it is a short drive to the river run lifts. For 2 to people it is a great place and a good location.

This was a terrific spot for our annual trek to Sun Valley. Nicely furnished, and quiet. Perfect for 2, the hide-a-bed is a very comfortable couch which I don’t often find. So space for extra folk. Kitchen has all one needs. Parking is a squeeze but the landlords shuffled vehicles so we weren’t slipping across ice to load/unload all the essentials we seem to have to haul with us. We would most definitely stay here again

Parking situation was not as described. Forced to park on road because of vehicles blocking designated spot. 50-100 piles of dog poop surrounding property. Description says to go around left side of garage. But it’s actually on the right side. Zero communication from manager. Hasn’t returned my call about the parking in the 40 hours since I called. The apartment itself was nice and clean. Mattresses leave some to be desired.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The parking setup is accurate as listed, and we confirm that no messages were received about any issues during your stay.- The path to the apartment does go to the right of the garage, and we’ll update the listing directions to reflect that.- The dogs were not on-site during your visit, but with the snow recently melting, some debris may have been revealed. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and will ensure the grounds are addressed more promptly moving forward.- We were away during your stay and regret missing your call; we're reviewing communication processes with the local support to avoid future delays.- While mattress comfort can be subjective, your comments are noted as they consider future upgrades.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

This place is deteriorating

I’m a regular visitor to his area, last year I stayed in the same location, so now I have an opportunity to compare last year to present. This place is getting a bit run down. The carpet is old and not clean. For some reason the owners hav e removed all the wall hangings the only thing left on the walls are the hooks and nails from the old decorations. It’s depressing to look at bear walls without some art or at least nice posters. I never got the TV to work. The kitchen needs a broiler pan in order to cook stakes.

Hello, At the time of your stay, there was no art on the wall. We chose not to hang wall decor because it is something we don’t want to be stolen or damaged. The carpet is vacuumed and spot cleaned (if necessary) between each booking and professionally cleaned seasonally. We have never heard this complaint before and in 9/10 reviews we receive feedback about how clean the property is. In terms of the kitchen, we have also had numerous reviews mentioning how well stocked it is for an Airbnb, better than most, with higher-end cook wear, appliances, and amenities such as spices. We would have been happy to address any issues, including the TV, during your stay if you would have reached out. The TV is also something that the guests before and after you have had no issues with. Thanks Tom

Awesome place to enjoy Sawtooth

This is an apartment over the detached garage. This worked great as a private entrance and allowed us to not worry about neighbors. We only had a short stay but this provided everything we needed, was comfortable, and easy to find and use. The owner/manager was also easy to communicate with and kind, too. We appreciated staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone else as well.

Great Base Camp

We really just needed a place to sleep for the weekend while a few girls hiked up to Lake Alice. This home worked perfectly for us. It was spotless and homey and we had no problems getting in or out. I was just confused because I made reservations through VRBO but then began getting emails from "The Evolve Team". The first message said my credit card info did not go through and I needed to re-enter it through the Evolve website, and that made me very uncomfortable. But I also got an email saying it was paid in full and another with info on how to get into the home and contact infomation. I sent an email to the contact address to make sure payment had been made and all was well but never got a reply. However, the day of our stay I got a text message with reminders on how to get in and all else was very easy.

Clean, quiet & cozy in Hailey!

Loved everything about this property from start to finish! I just wish we had had more time there! It had everything we needed & was very well thought out. Coffee, tea, teapot, all kitchen gadgets, extra blankets, etc etc. Extremely clean! I've never seen a cleaner vrbo property than this & we've rented many over the last 10 years. Easy to find & access, although there are interior stairs up to this loft apartment so be aware of that. Internet was fast, fireplace made it so cozy & warm. Bed was comfortable, no complaints there. The corner of the bed frame might get ya though, my husband whacked his ankle on it a couple times lol. The only thing I think I found to be missing was a measuring cup/s. I had to use the measuring spoon instead, which worked, but it took a comically long time to measure something! And if that's the only "bad" thing, I'm happy! We loved our stay & we'll definitely be back! Thank you!!

Great Place close to everything and very clean

This place was very clean and comfortable. No snow to walk through to get to the place. Great fireplace to sit next to after a long day of fly fishing. The owners were awesome. We never needed anything but they made it clear they were there if we did. Great people.

Just one thing.

The second level over a garage worked well as it provides a private space. The host should have had a clear notice about the attic exhaust fan as that may have kept the apartment cooler in late afternoon and evening. We did not figure ir out until the last day and did not think to ask about the switch that controlled it.

Loved this place!

Jesse and Emily were most hospitable in recommending things to do and see. The little apartment was perfect for a couple of old fogies from Wisconsin who road-tripped to Hailey for THE TRAILING OF THE SHEEP FESTIVAL. We loved Hailey and were glad we hadn't booked in Ketchum which was too touristy for us. Our favorite activities of the festival happened to be in Hailey anyway. CK's restaurant Offers excellent food, maybe pricey but delicious and interesting. Can't remember the name of a fairly new Deli on the main drag of town but the bulletin board at the apartment had its menu posted. Excellent lunch. This place was the best. Clean, tidy, and cozy. Great for a couple get away.

We spent two nights here and couldn’t of been more pleased. Owners are very nice and considerate. Very helpful with the local attractions. Jesse is into bikes and will help with ride areas and tech support.
