Hello and thank you for visiting our listing. Please note that two other properties are available for you: Property # 2214479, and property # 4441668ha.

Welcome to our home where you can enjoy yourself in a Large Living Room, cook in a large modern Kitchen and watch latest movie hits and TV shows on a large projector screen, accompanied by the great sound system. For those looking to chill, there's a wood-burning fireplace and a sitting area right in front of it. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses and each of them has a separate smart TV with Roku.

During the winter, you can hit the slopes 15 minutes away at Shawnee Mountain. You can go snow tubing less than 10 minutes away from the house at White Lighting Snow Tubing or enjoy an indoor pools or tennis courts if you don't want to leave the community.

In warmer months, you can spend time outdoors on two large decks and use multiple community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, lakes. 6 amenity passes are included with the rental and no pass is required for children under 5.

For those of you who just don't want to cook, there's a year-round restaurant with great food and it's just 3 minutes drive from the house.

There are security cameras that are not monitored and recordings are automatically deleted. Cameras are installed for our guests' safety and are recording outside areas only.

Property is located in Saw Creek Estates and rental of this property is registered and permitted under Lehman Township Permit # R-20-0014-2

Perfect home for the family

Great house with very large living room

House was as advertised and very clean. Tom let us check in early which was great. Living room was very large and great for watching the game and playing board games. Would rent again.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

Tom was so helpful in making our stay one of the best weekends ever! From start to finish, the house and area was far more than what we expected. The home has everything we needed for a party of 8 adults. Very spacious property and we loved the projector for our movie night! We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a fantastic place to relax and entertain family.

Great house

Was very comfortable for a 3 generational family of 10. Clean, convenient and nice. Only issue was the electronics were a little complicated to figure out. I recommend it highly!

5 stars for sure !

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay here! From checking in to checking out, it was easy. The house is clean. There’s tons of windows which we loved because we got to watch the snow fall and could easily see our 3 children outside playing. The beds are soooooo comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. My ONLY disappointment was the ping pong table was broken and unable to be used. The screws are missing under the legs of the table and the kids were very excited to play but we couldn’t use it. Other than that though, I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! We rented this place to snowboard at Shawnee. The location, just 25 minutes from Shawnee, was convenient with a supermarket midway. The house was clean, spacious, and accommodated our group of 9 comfortably. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and it seems like the place was recently renovated. Quick and friendly communication from the seller enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home away from home!

This was the best home we have ever rented at Saw Creek Estates. We knew we loved this gated community and surrounding area of the Pocono mountains but have not found a house that we felt the same about. The search is over! We will return to this house again. It was a perfect fit for our family. Plenty of room to hang out together but also plenty of spacious bedrooms to enjoy some quiet time also. The front and back decks are perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunrise and having a campfire. The house is supper clean, decorated nicely and has everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. I don’t have one complaint, perfection 🏡⛰☀️

Nice space, but not equipped for family meals

The rental was clean and, by appearances, recently redone. Bathrooms are deluxe. (Somewhat strange, however, that you need to bring your own bath towel stash and the body wash dispensers were empty.) Bedrooms are comfortable, equipped with European style platform beds and quilts. Generally speaking, a good rental – though conspicuously lacking in kitchen equipment. Among everyday items that were missing: baking sheets, a handmixer, a measuring cup, any measuring spoons, any kind of baking dishes, any storage containers, a functioning can opener, and a colander. The result was another trip down the mountain, on Thanksgiving eve, to pick up equipment necessary to make a holiday meal for our family. When spending a couple thousand dollars for a four day rental, it seems a little sideways to go wanting for $150 worth of basic cooking supplies.

perfect pocono property

If you are looking for a place to stay with your family within what is sought and expected from a getaway experience in this area, then this is this it. It is an ideal balance of beauty, cleanliness, simplicty, and fun. It is well decorated and provision with everything you need for fun and delight with your family. It is lots of fun without being over the top chintzy, and comfortable without being dingy. The owners, Tom and Olga, were easy and pleasant in communication, accessible for questions. The house and they provided us with everything we needed for a great trip. There were all the bells and whistles we wanted with television and streaming access everywhere, including an easy-to-work entertainment system in the main room with a great projector and surround sound, as well as a ping pong table, so we could relax and enjoy with the kids, in complement to the rec areas on the community estate which were only starting to reopen. Mill Pond was a nice swim, but the owners left us with great recs/ resources which were eidently closely curated for great excursion options for area activities which we were glad to be able to do along with our kids who did not get immersed in the depths of excessive on-site/ in-house gaming activities by which we were tempted with many other properties in the area, with just enough for them to have fun and be engaged for downtime and relaxation as we were still in pandemic times without any difficulty pulling away from them and getting out of the house to explore and take in the outdoors which we could were happy to finally access, having spent many weeks quaranatined at our home in New York City. Thanks, Tom and Olga, and thank you for offering your place again should we return to the area. We will definitely take you up on that if/ when we come back!

Perfect week in Saw Creek

My wife and I and our 2 year old son spent Thanksgiving week in this house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family. Since everything was on one level, it was easy to manage our very curious toddler. The kitchen was, for the most part, well equipped and suited our needs perfectly as we did quite a bit of cooking. The owners were very responsive to questions, and when we had some minor hiccups with WiFi were able to provide useful suggestions for the correcting the issue. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

As-Advertised!

Pictures online really doesn’t do any justice for the beauty and openness of this home. The bedrooms were immaculate, bathrooms clean, and appliances all updated. We ended up using the projector to stream the PSU game the Saturday we were up (LETS GO STATE) which was an awesome experience. Comfortably fit 8 adults.

Perfect Family weekend Away!

The house was exactly as pictured in photos! The host Tom was awesome replying to any questions and concerns had. My teenage son enjoyed sometime on the outdoor basketball court and would play with local children daily. We will be back to visit soon!

Perfect Home for large group

We, 8 friends stayed for two nights. The place was large enough and spotless. It was far better than it looks in pictures. The owner always replied to all our questions in a timely manner. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful place

We had a great family time and enjoyed the house and location. 10 min away from Bushkill and various local attractions. House was perfect. The hosts had everything one would need, from a fire pit to projector and surround sound to legos and books for kids. Tom was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely visit them again.

Long vacation weekend

The house was beautiful...exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our long weekend. We hiked Bushkills Falls, ziplined at TreeVentures, and tubed at Blue Lightning. Others enjoyed horse back riding. Then we went to my nephew's wedding at Shawnee on Delaware. A wonderful weekend at a wonderful house!

Fantastic Experience!

The house was immaculate and well stocked. The host was a pleasure to deal with, responded so quickly and the decor was amazing. Everything felt new and modern with the most relaxing vibes. The kids loved the fire pit and outdoor space and the cell phone service in the house was strong. . A bit far from most Poconos attractions but very close to Bushkill Falls. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home

The house is beautifully renovated and very clean. It is in a wonderful community with many amenities. The owner is extremely welcoming and responsive. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Excellent family vacation

My family had a wonderful time staying at Tom and Olga's place. The space was large for our family of 7 plus a toddler and an infant. The kitchen was great. We cooked a majority of our meal there, had pretty much all the things we needed and enjoyed sitting around the table for dinner. The beds were nice and the a/c was really cool in the hot summer month. We enjoyed roasting smores over the firepit and grilling on the deck. Plus, it was only 4 min drive to the nearest pool where we went to half the days. There was a lot to do in the area, however, it was at least a 25 min drive to get anywhere. Nothing against the house, we loved it, but with an infant taking lots of naps it took some planning to get out, not that we wanted to. Everything we needed was there. Also, any questions or issues we did have Tom would respond immediately and was always helpful in resolving whatever was needed. We really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend.

Been visiting Poconos and Camelback Ski Area for years but really fell in love with Pennsylvania, and the Poconos back in 2015, when me and my wife first set off to look around to see what the Poconos have to offer in terms of getting a place here and coming here more often. We got our first house and enjoyed every minute of being there. Then it was this one and our love for the Poconos keeps on growing.
