Denne 2. 5 hektar store ejendom ligger mindre end 15 minutter fra Pennsylvania Turnpike. Du er kun 8 miles fra Maple Grove Raceway, få minutter fra Santander Arena og andre Reading-attraktioner. Dette hus er hyggeligt nok til en weekend, med en master suite på første sal og flishovedbruser. Det er også rummeligt nok til at bringe familien med 2 soveværelser og en legeplads for børn ovenpå. Grib et sæde på den smukke udendørs terrasse og nyd den maleriske udsigt over Allegheny Creek.

Cute cozy, homey cottage. Well appointed. Responsive hosts. Hot tub looking over a beautiful creek. We loved our stay and plan on using this place as our home away from home every time we return.

Peaceful Creekside cottage

Fabulous place to stay. We stayed her last summer when we were in the area for music and chose to return this summer.

Wonderful cottage for relaxing weekend

We rented this cottage for our annual girls/family getaway. The cottage was lovely, comfortable, cozy, and just what we all needed for the weekend. We truly felt like we were away from the hustle of our everyday lives, but we had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable. The creek and hot tub were a hit with all of us. We were able to enjoy evenings outside in the hot tub. Our host was very accommodating and very responsive. We had a few questions and he answered immediately. Could not have asked for anything better. Would definitely stay here again.

Let the beat go on

So I was looking for a place to stay that was near Reading to see a concert in Reading Pennsylvania Township to see the band called the beat members of the kings Crimson, but I thought an extra day was wonderful of relaxing and see my friends. This was wonderful to Creek. The house was very well maintained look like he was newly renovated I would say the only drawback is the house is very close to main road so traffic you can hear on occasion not a big deal. Overall the houses just wonderful and I plan to come back again to do brewery tours in Redding, Pennsylvania.

Creekside cottage in Birdsboro

This home was delightful. We were in the area visiting with friends who live nearby and we loved our stay at the cottage. The beds were super comfortable! Every room was as shown online. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning by the creek and sitting in the hot tub after a long day. We will definitely stay at the cottage whenever we are in the area.

Weekend away

My husband and my parents stayed at the cottage this past weekend. The cottage was just as described in the listing. We were close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The hot tub and back sitting area was very relaxing along with the creek. We will definitely stay here again.

Very gracious host

Our trip was canceled last minute by Alaska Airlines due to the whole 9MAX fiasco. They were unable to rebook our flights in a timely manner so we were unable to make our trip. The host was so gracious and gave us a full refund for our stay with them. Our daughter is attending college in the area so we will be trying to make another trip down in the future. We will most definitely try to book with these amazing hosts again!!

Very cozy creekside cottage

In town for Thanksgiving. The cottage was great, the kids loved the playroom, and we all enjoyed the hot tub.

Quaint little cottage

Loved this property it is updated beautifully and the hot tub is such a bonus. The owner was extremely gracious and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely rent this home again

Creekside Cottage

Cute little spot! Owners put a great deal of money into remodeling this property. Lovely creek running along the rear of the property and the back patio is great place for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Only about 5-10 drive to grocery store, fast food and some touch notch restaurants. Great little winery is about 5 minutes away as well. West Reading is about a 14 minute drive with a ton of shops, restaurants and bars. An Uber was only around $20 for a couple people during peak times to get to downtown Reading. Never been to area before but definitely glad we came!

Family reunion

Vey cozy. The salient features included the hot tub and the playroom. Other favorable features were the deluxe shower, the creek and cleanliness. My grandchildren really enjoyed the crowing of the neighbor’s roosters.

Perfect Getaway

What an incredibly cute and cozy place to stay for a girls weekend. Hot tub was very relaxing with the water trickling in the background. Loved the decor inside! Very comfortable.

Drag racing trip

Rented this place for a place ro stay while at racetrack for finals. Location was convenient the house itself was everything the listing said and more. Had a homey feel and the hottub did not disappoint. We uses the home mostly for evenings and a place to sleep otherthan the rooster at early morning hours it was fantastic

Pause Weekend

This cottage was the perfect pause for me and my husband. We were looking for just a few nights away to pause, breath, hike, regroup and chill. The cottage was the perfect place to do this. The hot tub, swing and relaxing creek made it the best! We enjoyed coffee by the water several mornings. Thanks...we will be back

Lovely getaway!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned nearby, plus the creek setting and the nature sounds were a nice added touch. The hot tub was a great bonus and very relaxing. The master bed was not as comfy as I was expecting (I believe it may be sagging in some areas and my partner and I woke up with sore backs), but overall it's a great spot and a nice, relaxing, and beautiful place to stay. Loved the home decor and the kitchen area, too. I would definitely recommend!

Decorated like home ❤️

Adorable cozy place. All of the decor touches really sold this house for me. It made up for the fact that although the description states that the house sits on 2.5 acres, the front door is 15 feet from a winding road. The creek was a nice feature, kitchen had a good supply of cookwear, plates, glasses etc. I could of used a bigger culander (it didn't even hold a 1 pound box of pasta) and a big bowl for serving. The beds were comfy and the a/c was sufficient to cool the place, it was in the 90's outside for our stay and the house was comfortable inside. I did leave a note for the housekeeper because there were a lot of cob webs and cob spiders in every room. I was even more shocked to find out from the guest book that people stayed just 3 days before we stayed and there were soo many cob webs. My teens and I stayed right by the front door while my husband walked the house removing the webs and killing the spiders before we went any further. Besides the cobwebs, the bath towels were wet. As I used one and discovered it was wet the thought crossed my mind that they were still wet from the people before us and that the housekeeper just refolded them for the next use. I was totally grossed out and went on to check all of the bath towels and they were all wet in the middle, not just damp from not being dried by the dryer but wet like someone with long hair had just dried their sopping wet hair with it. You definitely need a new housekeeper! The hot tub was a nice addition and the way the patio was set up with the furniture, string lights and plants was a welcoming feature. We all looked forward to using the hot tub after our long day of driving from Long Island & the fun we had at "Slide the Slopes" at Bear Creek Mountain. However, when all 4 of us got in and tried to relax we experienced something right from the movie Aracnophobia. There were creepy spiders climbing all over the exterior wall of the house that the hot tub is up against. Once we noticed that, all 4 of us ended up sitting on top of each other all on the side of the hot tub that is furthest from the house wall. We couldn't take our eyes off the house watching the spiders activity as to be prepared to jump out incase any moved down towards us to swiftly. The next day we bought a can of spider killer and my husband went out and killed them on our second night before getting in the hot tub. We left the spray under the kitchen sink to pay it forward. I still give this property 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adorable home on a creek.

The house was very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. The housekeeping was a little lacking. That being said, I am a picky house keeper. But there shouldn't be dust and dirt on nightstands and the kitchen needed a deeper cleaning. Other than that our stay was perfect. We were looking at colleges for 2 days and the location of the home was perfect. We had trouble getting into the house initially but the owner was very prompt with getting right back to us so we could get in. The heating and cooling system could use some instructions, but we were able to work through it with the prompt responses from the homes owner. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and it was easy to open and get started. The resident geese were adorable. The owners really did a nice job redoing the home,

Peaceful and Clean romantic getaway

We just finished a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Cottage on the creek. The whole property was spotless when we arrived. The local amenities were very thoughtful and hospitable. They have everything you might need at this house. The hot tub was awesome. The hospitality was top notch and we loved our stay. The house does sit right on the road but it wasn’t very busy so it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful Mini-Break!

Our family had a wonderful time at the cottage! The home is tastefully decorated, had plenty of space & amenities, and has a beautiful back patio area. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day! Definitely highly recommend.
