House with wooden furniture in Minas, new beds and mattresses. With 2 DIGITAL TVs with CABLE TV with closed channels of news, sports and drawing for children. With 3 or 4 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. External area of ​​the house with barbecue, table, shower and bathroom. Balcony on the second floor. in one of the rooms. There are 2 car spaces within the condominium in front of the house. 24 hour security. Location without humidity, clear and airy. With 4 suites plus a toilet. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

CONDOMÍNIO EXCELENTE MAS CASA SEM MANUTENÇÃO

A casa está precisando de uma boa manutenção, a pintura está ruim, os banheiros debaixo estão com o teto mofado, a casa estava limpa superficialmente (ventiladores com muita poeira, abajures com poeira), colchão ruim e velho, travesseiros ruins e velhos. Meu neto voltou com crise de bronquite alérgica.

A localização da casa é excelente O condomínio tem bom padrão. A casa é péssima: Limpeza ruim Colchões com buracos,necessitando de trocar. Utensílios da cozinha,com pouca opção ,mal cuidados .. Os banheiros sem papel higiênico,limpeza precária.. Vidros engordurados e empoeirados.. Sala de estar sem qualquer conforto,sofás improvisados.. Sem infraestrutura.. Para quem não se importa de estar bem alojado e confortável,o custo e benefício fica por conta da localização,que é muito perto da praia e do condomínio que é bem aprazível, pessoas simpáticas.

Ótima localização, próxima à praia e ao comércio. Boa estrutura condomínio com salão de jogos, vestiário, academia e piscina em estado de novos. Segurança com pessoal e iluminação. Funcionários atenciosos, destaque para o Sr. Elias. Restrições: Utensílios de cozinha em péssimo estado, principalmente panelas e forno elétrico, Limpeza da casa estava precária. Tivemos recorrentes faltas de fornecimento de água que somente foi sanado no 5º dia de estadia. Televisão do quarto casal com imagem muito ruim.

Vale quanto custa.

Pontos positivos : localização próximo a lojas, mercados, farmácias e pé na areia, comunicação rápida, condomínio lindo, muito bem conservado com funcionários prestativos e educados, preço muito abaixo da média. Pontos negativos: colchões já afundados, falta manutenção na casa toda, mofo e sujeira em alguns lugares ( causou alergia ), tábua dos vasos rachadas, roupa de cama e banho má qualidade. O lavabo da área de churrasco é inutilizável . Na cozinha as panelas, louças, talheres e utensílios de cozinha velhos e precários dificultam preparar refeições. Uma das TVs sem controle, um dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado faz um barulho insuportável e ventiladores de teto fracos. O baixo valor das diárias é compatível com o que a casa oferece.
