June Long Weekend Stay

Wonderfully cozy place to stay that feels like home away from home. Great location and perfect spot to watch the sunset from the outdoor deck. Very clean and tidy, would love to stay again.

Great property

We stayed at this property for two nights , great size for big families clean and tidy, great yard, beautiful deck to enjoy a wine and watch the sun set. Asked for a 12 pm check in was no prooblem at all very accommodating. We would happily stay again.Thank you Allison great host.

Spacious home for large group!

Very spacious house, great for large group. It had a lovely big deck to watch the sunset from which we loved. Nice host, friendly & quick to respond to any questions. Quiet nice neighbourhood.

Worked for my extended family.

The house is well located . Bedding was good and comfortable , nothing luxurious. Kitchen equipment very dated and mismatched… maybe that’s trendy. Generally what l would call ‘ family clean’ . Exterior deck and paths needed attention as there were lots of small gumnuts which can be lethal if slipped on . Interior was in need of a good wipe over and dust.

Lots of room for the family

The property was very clean and accessible. There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. We stayed mid-winter so we were surprised that there was no aircon. Although the second day we warmed the home with the fireplace and didn’t need aircon, we did found the first night a little too cold on arrival in the evening. Bring your slippers to warm your feet as the floors get chilly on the flooring when you leave your shoes at the door. The owners were easily contactable to answer any questions. There was a lovely welcome pack of milk, tea and coffee in the cupboard which was lovely after a super long drive.

A brief stay in a great location

We are 2 guys in our 60s coming to town for a work reunion. A great location that suited our 3 night visit. Very clean house that I would happily recommend to families or small work teams. Check in/out was super easy. Very close to the city or the East/South bypass.

Cozy and Roomy

My family of 6 had a great experience. The place was warm when we arrived, it was pre-warmed with a fire and heaters which made it cozy straight away. It was a nice touch. The property was large enough for all of us. It was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It was a great stay. Highly recommended for families.

ROOMY and PERFECT

We had some family meet for a birthday celebration. This place was perfect with plenty of room and mostly everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Position is perfect to town and it was lovely to have a view from the deck although the rain did hinder this for one of the days. Can recommend if you are looking for private accommodation for a group.

Great weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in Tamworth to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. The house was perfect for our three daughters and their families. It was well equipped for our weekend stay. The house was well situated, close to town and convenient to shops etc. The views over Tamworth were beautiful.

Beautiful. Relaxing. Large home.

The pictures don't do the house justice. Large open rooms, amazing view across Tamworth, and easy to get to from main street. If you slept 12 here you would not feel crowded. Best place for our family to get ready in for our daughter's wedding, was like being at home but with better views and more space. Thank you!

Family weekend away

Allison was a pleasure to deal with, the home was perfect for our large tribe. It was a lovely quiet area and very close to shops , cafe's etc. Great spot to sit back and chill on the deck . Thoroughly recommend this Host and home
