This comfortable air-conditioned vacation rental is located in the historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Drama theater and just a step away from congress center Cankarjev dom. Also lively bars and restaurants are just a step away from the apartment.

It is in the 1st floor of the low traditional building without elevator access.
In the bathroom there is a massage shower, washing machine and utility with vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, glass-ceramic oven, stove, all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery. In the living area there is a sofa which falls down to bed (140 x 200 cm), telephone, LCD TV and dinning table for 4 persons. From the living room there is an entrance to the bedroom with two twin beds and writing desk. The apartment is also equipped with a telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, linen and towels.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
