Spring Creek Lake House est une nouvelle maison "Beachy" Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons du lac offrant un excellent accĂšs Ă  la navigation de plaisance, la natation et toute autre activitĂ© du lac que vous voudrez peut-ĂȘtre faire. Il est situĂ© dans la communautĂ© de Sanders Island View et se trouve Ă  quelques pas du bord de l'eau oĂč vous trouverez une plage de sable, une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau et un quai. Debout sur la plage, vous pouvez voir deux des Ăźles du lac Texoma - un endroit populaire pour les plaisanciers.
Cette maison de trois Ă©tages avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain (et mezzanine) peut accueillir 12 personnes. Il y a une mezzanine avec lits superposĂ©s / gigogne pour les enfants, 3 chambres avec 1 lit King et 2 lits Queen, et un canapĂ©-lit Queen dans le salon. Il y a aussi 2 salles de bain complĂštes avec baignoire et douche. Une cuisine complĂšte avec toutes les commoditĂ©s - Profitez de votre cafĂ© le matin sur le pont ouest oĂč vous pouvez observer la faune dans les arbres voisins et dans le salon de l'aprĂšs-midi sur le grand pont est oĂč il y a beaucoup d'ombre et d'espace pour se dĂ©tendre pour regarder la activitĂ© sur le lac.

First return of many!

This was our second time staying at this lovely lake house - and we're already planning for another (longer) visit next summer. The house is absolutely ideal for our friend/family group with great common spaces and comfortable beds.

Perfect place for Family stay

We recently stayed at a fantastic vacation rental with a group of six adults and four children. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even the youngest members of our group, a two-year-old and a four-year-old, were thoroughly entertained with the variety of playing stuff available at the property. This was a major plus for the parents, as it allowed them to relax knowing their children were happy and occupied. One of the highlights of our stay was the kitchen in the rental. It was the perfect fit for our group, as it was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large number of people. We enjoyed the convenience of having a fully functional kitchen, allowing us to cook and dine together without any hassle. It truly enhanced our overall experience and made us feel at home. The property itself was incredibly charming and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. We instantly fell in love with the place and felt a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners had taken great care to ensure that everything was in excellent condition and provided all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We cannot emphasize enough how much we loved our time there. The combination of a fun-filled environment for the children and a well-equipped kitchen made it an ideal vacation rental for our group. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially for families with young children.

Great stay!

Sandy’s “Yellow House” is a big hit with our family. This was our third stay. We wouldn’t choose any other house for our Lake Texoma getaways! And the Sanders Island View neighborhood is a great area.

Lake vacation

We were a party of 12, 3 couples and 6 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. No one felt crowded! The house was a nice distance from the dock and a nice spot to swim. We would definitely stay again.

Top Notch

We used it mainly as a place to sleep, but as far as Im concerned, it exceeded my expectations! I wish I had my extended family come over for meals there as it was better equipped to handle a dozen family dinner guests easily. It is in a nice location surrounded by nice homes with the lake close by. I will request this rental if I make it back next year.

We started this journey twelve years ago when looking for a B&B – although we never found our perfect B&B, we did find a perfect location that we loved to getaway year after year. Thus we invested in building a Lake home here at Sanders’ Island View. This is a quiet community during the week, but it is jumping on the weekends and holidays!
The home is decorated in a “beachy” vibe with cool beach colors and all stainless steel appliances. It's truly everything you could want in a vacation or just a weekend getaway. Please treat our home as if it were your own and journal your memories (or difficulties) and let us know how we did. We hope you have a wonderful time!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Sanders Island View is a neat little community. We wanted to make this a very unique place to stay so we decided to make it truly a Beach House on stilts. The plans did change to enclose the bottom into a large garage/storage and safe room. The large decks and wonderful views of the lake are the ultimate reason we absolutely love this location!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are on a Âœ acre corner lot that will give our guests plenty of room for all their lake toys. It is a short walk to the beach where there is so many thing to do – one may be to 'catch' a beautiful sunset!
