The customer service was great when booking. The house was spacious and in a good location. The beds were comfortable. The house definitely could have been cleaner, though.

We were disappointed with the condition of the carpets. Every room had significant stains. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC unit did not work, making for a super uncomfortable stay. There is a sign stating “do not move thermostat below 72”. Though set to that temp, the majority of the time the temp was at 80! The pool was nice and the location is great but given the other issues, I don’t think we would stay again.

Amazing place for a family!

It was perfect for our group of 7! Plenty of space, clean, easy access to pool/gym/etc. My only complaint is the house did not have basic items such as handsoap or extra toilet paper. The marketplace over charges for these basic items so be prepared!!

Great Unit and Resort

Huge place.Loved the splash pool. All appliances and fixtures were new or nearly.Clean and easy to access for my Dad.Wonderful experience.

Beautiful home

Check in was smooth, house was clean and big enough for the 7 of us!! Close to everything! Would recommend! Also, we asked for a later checkout, and they approved it!!

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. The private pool was exceptional even thought there is one in the complex. Being able to have your privacy was amazing. The management company took care of all our needs in a timely manner. Overall great property and would stay again

Needs attention

On check in the two main issues were the pool was not heated as pre paid for and there was soiled bedding on the beds. All beds had duvets on with no covers. I telephoned the property manager and was told they have no covers as the owner doesn’t supply them. Absolutely terrible, so unhygienic. We accepted blankets and after two days the pool heating was fixed. Paradise Palms is a nice resort which we have stayed 3 times now. The house however has seen a lot of traffic and is need of a repaint, new carpets, sofa and beds that do not squeak with every movement. It’s a well used rental and that is showing. Coco Palm 5 bed

Happy with just a few minor problems.

Communication with Property Management Team was professional and helpful. Check in email was received exaclty at 4pm. Neighborhood/Resort was perfect for us. This is an end unit close to main road outside of resort. We have stayed at this resort 3 years in a row all in different houses. Location of resort is what brought us here. Everyone is friendly and it's tucked away from the Rt. 192 which is such a busy highway. Cleanliness - all was clean, and what I expected. I would definitely change out the shower curtain in the master bath upstairs or ad a liner after each stay. Moldy/wet smell was enough for me to keep bathroom door closed at all times. The only complaint I would have is the outside table/chairs are a disgrace. There is no way you can enjoy sitting out there, let alone have a meal at this table, which was a bummer for us. We had beautiful weather while we were there, it would have been great to be able to sit outside. Table was in such bad shape that there was more rust showing than table. The cushions to the chairs were extremely filthy, to filthy to sit on. The dryer also did not work. Not sure if property owner knows or not, the on switch was stripped and would not turn, I found a piece of papertowel shoved inside, I guess in hopes it would grab the thread and turn on. Unfortunatley it did not for us. Disappointing but it would not deter my overall experience at this property. Over all we were very happy with our stay, and would reccommend this property.

Great location!

I stayed here with my husband and 3 children and my parents. We all enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the resort was lovely. We would all definitely stay here again. A few minor details like the outdoor table was a bit big and crowded for the area and pretty worn down so we bought a table cloth for it. The beds are really hard which was fine but they were really loud with every movement. I would also recommend a baby gate at the top of the stairs. It’s a very steep and long stair case. My parents ended up staying in a room down stairs because they couldn’t do the stairs everyday. We had an issue with our pool heater but they fixed it promptly and didn’t charge us. The host was easy to contact and good with communication. Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying here. Especially great for families!

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful and as shown in the picture. My family had a great time staying there. There were some areas of wall that needed repainting and non-slip stickers in the showers. But overall I would stay here again.

Excellent Area and very Quiet. The only thing I would change is the matresses. They were VERY hard and uncomfortable. overall I will stay again but possibly another unit in the same community. Loved the location.

Great place to stay

Reservations were seamless and the property was spacious and clean. The beds were a little firm and squeaked a bit, but overall a great place to stay for an Orlando vacation.

Wonderful Family-Friendly Townhome

I would give 5 stars but I have to give 4. Everything was wonderful. The living space, the bedrooms and the kitchen were wonderful. The outside pool was nice but very small. I understand that renting a townhouse you don’t want to leave the best utensils but it would have been nice if they left ones that worked. Some were broken such as the knives would bend and the can opener was broken so we replaced it. Also the bathroom tub/shower was extremely clogged. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was great!
