This was so perfect for our little new year get away. We had such a great time, beautiful view and our dogs were welcome. We are so excited to plan on going back in better weather to enjoy all that the property offers and the area as well. The Lodge on the property looks like an amazing way to vacation with our family this summer too!!!

You are so wonderful! We love having you! Thank you so much. Teri
My husband and I and our dog were passing through to Colorado and this was the perfect stay for the night. I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the deck in the evening while looking at the mountains. My dog was able to run around and get some exercise. We made dinner there and had everything we needed to prepare it. The bed was comfortable. The host was wonderful and responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at your place, you have everything anybody would need while staying there. The only thing was the stair they didn’t feel safe going up and down. But over all we had a good stay. I would recommend it to everybody. Thank you
We needed a private space and this was perfect. It was clean, warm and it had a nice view. We will stay there again.

Why they chose this property
Our family has owned this property since 1963. The Lodge was built in 1984 by my family and we still enjoy it as our own family vacation home as well as sharing it as a rental for others to enjoy, too. The views are spectacular and we are centrally located to countless adventures in the area for guests of all ages.
What makes this property unique
Pheasant Run Lodge is a 1985 Rustic Lodge that is nestled in a beautiful Valley in Sevier County. There is so much to do whether you stay on the premises and enjoy the large grounds and spacious Lodge or tour the area of Museums, National Parks, or countless sites and fun adventures from Hiking to River Rafting. The adventures are endless! We have a walking trail just right off the property. Back up to ATV/Razor trails so you don’t even need to trailer your vehicles - you just ride right up to thousands of miles of trails. National Parks, River Rafting, Zip Lining, Fishing, Horse Back Riding, Historical Museums and Sites, Golf, Lazy River Rafting and the list goes on. For skiers and snow borders; we are close to Eagle Rock Mountain and Brian Head. Snow Mobil rental areas as well. 👍
