Several beaches are very close and it is often nice to go by bike or by car by a quiet road
It's good to set aside a day to take the boat in the morning around 9am go to the island of Porquerolles and Port Cros that (nature reserve) and that of the east, which is itself naturist

Plenty of opportunities for walking: lavender festival has Valensole, the Gorges du Verdon, the Vignades has Hyeres, aioli has Carqueiranne 10 € per person, sailing on porquerolles (sailboat 14m) departing in the morning back in the evening for 25 30 € (bring a picnic lunch)

Nadine est très attentionnée. Son studio est à 8’ à pied du centre historique. Il est meublé de façon fonctionnelle et situé dans un immeuble des années 70. Le matelas du canapé-lit est confortable. Il est facile de se garer à proximité.

Süße Einzimmerwohnung in guter Lage in Hyères

Ich habe jetzt 4 Wochen in dieser Wohnung gewohnt und mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Nadine ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die per Handy immer gut zu erreichen ist und sich sofort darum kümmert, wenn es ein Problem in der Wohnung gibt. Das Schlafsofa ist wirklich bequem und kann einfach ein- und ausgeklappt werden. Aus der Dusche und den Wasserhähnen kommt das Wasser in der gewünschten Temperatur und Menge. Alle elektronischen Geräte einschließlich der Waschmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei. Es gibt einen Föhn in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Im Nachbarhaus befindet sich ein kleiner SPAR-Supermarkt, ansonsten gibt es in der Straße einen großen Intermarché, mehrere Boulangerien, Apotheken sowie Pizzerien. Die Lage ist also wirklich super! Hyères ist ein süßes Städtchen mit einer schönen Altstadt und auch die Umgebung bietet wahnsinnig viel. Auf der Halbinsel Giens gibt es schöne Strände und auch die Inseln vor Hyères wie z.B. Porquerolles sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Man kann hier in der Umgebung sowohl am Meer als auch im Hinterland tolle Wanderungen machen. Insgesamt hatte ich hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Hôtesse très accueillante

Mme Longhais a facilité notre arrivée en venant nous chercher. Elle a été très facile à joindre durant le séjour. La résidence est à 5mn à pied de la vieille ville et proche des commerces.

Très agréable accueil, tout est fait pour passer de très bonnes vacances.Le studio est très fonctionnel et la jolie terrasse permet de profiter du soleil au calme toute la journée. Près du centre ville, tout est vraiment accessible à pieds, un bon réseau de bus ou à vélo. Une très belle région à découvrir: le centre historique où flâner, les nombreuses plages, les produits des producteurs locaux...En bref, un très bon séjour !!!

Gîte bien situé centre ville, permettant toutes possibilités. La mise à disposition de vélos est un service génial pour l'endroit. La propreté est irréprochable, oui, nous recommanderions cette location à des amis, sous réserve qu'ils ne soient que deux maximum à l'occuper. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la visite du centre ville et...le parc Olbius Risquet.

Un petit nid pour prendre le temps de vivre

Studio idéal pour passer un séjour à Hyères en amoureux! Le logement est très agréable, on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L'immeuble est calme ainsi que le quartier. AGREABLE SEJOUR

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passés nos vacances dans cet agréable studio. Le logement est très bien constitué et propre. La localisation est idéale, à proximité de tout, nous avons appréciés la boulangerie située juste en bas de l'immeuble. La description et les photos sont identiques à la réalité. Le balcon est très agréable et ensoleillé afin de prendre son petit déjeuner, avec le soleil. La climatisation est également très appréciée. La propriétaire est très sympathique et de bons conseils ! Je recommande cette location et nous serions prêts à y retourner.

Séjour très agréable acceuil tres chaleureux, studio très propre et près du centre ville. Nous avons aprécier le dévouement de nadine pour nous apporter toujours un plus, (comme des conseils, adresses de restaurant, prêt de bicylettes, barbecue ect). C'est la première année que nous rencontrons une propritaire aussi dynamique et tres sympa. Merci Nadine pour tous vos conseils et vos petites gâteries. JAJACK

Appartement correspondant bien au descriptif

Petit appartement idéal pour 2 personnes, coquet. A proximité du centre ville . La boulangerie au dessous est un plus. La propriétaire est charmante , à la disposition des locataires pour leur prodiguer ses bons conseils. agréable séjour.

A RENOUVELER

La situation du studio correspond parfaitement a la description et du début a la fin nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour Tout était propre et bien entretenu, et nous avons adoré prendre - nos petits déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse ..................... l'odeur du pain frais le matin réveille vos papilles et la boulangerie étant juste sous le studio c'est un vrai plaisir d'avoir du pain chaud et frais "a domicile" - et aussi le fameux "petit rosé " que nous avons eu la chance de déguster en apéritif Nous sommes venus faire de la plongée et notre club était sur le port de Hyères donc idéal pour y aller en vélo grâce aux pistes cyclables Le soir nous sommes allés manger dans des petits restaurants dans la vieille ville et inutile de prendre la voiture : mer, plage, centre ville, gare tout est très facile d’accès Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour passer notre second niveau de plongée avec un très grand plaisir par contre nous nous y prendrons un peu plus tôt pour la réservation car souvent complet d'une semaine sur l'autre. What makes this property unique

The purchase of this apartment is made on the spur of heart and what attracted me most was the location (close to everything) and its terrace, quiet yet very close to downtown
I myself redo all the work and decoration.
Having traveled extensively in many countries, I wanted the people who choose this apartment found a sense of well being, pampering, to 'ask' in a nice place and not impersonal as are most vacation rentals short ........... a warm and comfortable place and I think I succeeded
