The View was awesome. Clean, well kept. Only suggestion - Use a lighted address so the visitor has the right house! We arrived at night and it was very dark.

Check-in process was smooth, the house was very clean and stocked with all essential needs. Parking was available on the street (driveway was blocked by other cars). The view was incredible!

Perfect is true!

Lovely house close to everything, plenty of space for our family of 5. Great neighborhood, beautiful views and thoughtful host. Would absolutely stay again.

Salt Lake City

The property had a fantastic view of the valley and was conveniently located to everything. We were able to get to any destination within 20 minutes. Jong was very responsive to our questions and provided seamless communication. The house was clean and provided all the amenities we required. The black out curtains in the bedrooms were especially appreciated in the mornings!

Great Stay for Park City Vacation

My friend and I stayed here for our Park City vacation and it was great. Jon was quick to respond to any inquiries and we felt at home in the residence! It was true to the pictures and was conveniently located to grocery stores and not too far from Park City Mountain Resort.

Best location, easy access to downtown, all the ski resorts, SugarHouse and really everywhere in the valley. Million dollar views, comfortable beds, well equipped.

Trip for Graduation Ceremony with big family

Lovely views. LOVELY. Nice neighborhood. Close to highway, grocery store and gas. Wifi worked great. Easy check-in with keypad. Parking is tight with our minivan as you share the drive with the tenant downstairs. Was worried with lil kids how loud they would be but it was ok. Communicative host via app mostly ( had to call upon leaving but answered right away). Was able to add late check out for reasonable fee. I really liked the pantry items and cool waters and canned sodas in fridge that I verified first were from the host. First day we ordered pizza no issues with delivery. We cooked but didn't have all the things. Really home away from home. Some items are outdated but functioning and neat. We don't wear shoes in at home so this rule was not an issue for us. Beds were comfortable. Water in shower did not get hot but tolerable. The main room was warmer than the rest eveb with AC and fan on but again tolerable. We will definitely stay here again if we are in SLC. Thank you host J.

Convenient to our locations

We attended a wedding up the canyon; the event was lovely and we only had a 15 minute drive home afterwards. There’s a big grocery store nearby and the view, as advertised, was spectacular. My niece watched too much tv on the giant screen in the living room, but that’s not the host’s fault!

Lots of room with a view

This was a great house. We live the main living area with space for all of us to eat and relax and enjoy a beautiful view. Close to lots of things in Salt Lake City. Comfortable beds.

Fabulous

The house is on a cul-de-sac so it was really quiet our entire stay. We like to eat in and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to make some great meals. The view was amazing and we had space to hang out, play games, and enjoy family meals. Jon always replied quickly; we would definitely stay again.

In town for a wedding. Place was clean and owner was very responsive. Only thing I wish they had was a fitted sheet and top sheet on the beds.

Utah Ski Trip

The property was in an excellent location for the ski areas in the canyons and a reasonable drive to Deer Valley and Snowbasin, since we used the Ikon Pass. Also, there is a community center within 15 min with everything you would want, hot tub, swimming pool, work out room, etc.

Great place to stay near cottonwood canyons

Host was amazingly responsive, usually answering messages within a minute or two. House was very clean and had obviously been redone recently. Kitchen was amazing, with brand new appliances and plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Having foldup mattresses and sheets available was definitely appreciated, as the son of one of our group was able to join us for part of the stay. The keypad entry system meant there were never lost keys and everyone could access the front door anytime. There was a minor mixup about the door combination, but the host took care of it immediately. It would have been nice if there was a secure location to store skis, but leaving them in our locked vehicle worked out fine. We will definitely stay here again, it was a fantastic experience.

Excellent location to ski areas and downtown SLC. Many restaurants within minutes of rental. Owner was very nice and responsive.

Great location & view for a shared property

If you stay during the hot summer make sure to ask the owner to pre-cool the house. I Should have read the fine print being a shared property so I was surprised when I realized the owner lives downstairs but they were quiet and it was fine.

Almost a 5 star

The property was great. The view from the home was fantastic. A few little things could have made it a 5 star. Could use some more dishes. With 6 people we had to run the dish washer after every meal to have enough dishes for the next. Needed dish towels. Another minor annoyance. Took 15 minutes to find the switch for the garbage disposal. Finally found it well hidden around the corner of the counter. Could use a label near the sink. Last, I understand that the owner does not want skis in the home. That being the case, I think they could provide a secure place for them. Leaving them on the front porch is not an option. Overall a great property with a good owner. A few minor upgrades could make it a 5 star.

You could say we are at the center of all attracting in Utah, you'll find that most things are within 15 minutes from the property.

The fact that we have a stunning view of the mountain and the city is just a plus:)
