The Space:
Perfected with care, this townhome offers immense possibilities, comfort, quality design and a modern, practical floor-plan perfect for families or groups. Enter at the lower, garage level or up the exterior stairs—either way, the interior space presented you will speak volumes, immediately! The lowest level features a private bedroom with king comfort & private, modern bath. Throughout the home, the bedding is of a clear and present quality—everything is professionally cleaned and laundered, the linens hotel-quality, the towels neatly folded as if to truly say WELCOME. Up the first flight of stairs is the home's main level, featuring both the chíc kitchen and comfortable, inviting main salon. The kitchen has been designed and furnished with care, built with a chef's range, exceptional space across the stone counters and a large, functional basin sink. The appliances are steel, the cabinets sleek, and this kitchen is ready for business (and your next culinary masterpiece).

Additionally, the living room here invites a rest, a substantial relax, or some brilliant time spent lounging and conversing with your family, or your friends, old or new. The Neighborhood:
Located just about 5 blocks northeast of Downtown, the neighborhood has a mixed, diverse feel to it—comprised of homes built around the turn of the twentieth century, it's a quiet, interesting area where the trees are big and mature, the streets are wide, and exceptional urban amenities can be accessed without the noise, traffic or crowds of an actual location in the city. This townhome has been constructed in a new, in-fill development and offers access, access, access to some of the best-known attractions for visitors to the area—places like Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and more—all while being a little separate, a little secluded, a little ABOVE it all.

Within walking distance, just three blocks away, is Rosco's Coffee (the café with a handsome little burro on the front sign). Just five blocks further is 503W—an upscale little eatery, Benny's (The Springs original dive), and Cerberus Brewing—award winning craft beer and exceptional dining. These are just to name a few. There's an opportunity here to truly explore and perhaps to find your own local favorite.

Getting Around:
Although there are superb entertainment, dining, shopping, nightlife and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

The location was perfect…. Driving distance to all the major places we wanted to go…. House was clean except the floor…. The floor had lots of dust all the over the house… linen n everything else was good….

The property was accurately described. Too see any views you need to be on the roof. Area of home is not the greatest. House needs a good deep clean. Overall clean but moving bugs in light fixtures, baseboards and vents of thick layer of dust. Lots of small broken things: sink in master bathroom and toilet paper holder in main bathroom upstairs. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Master bedroom had regular pillowcases on king size pillows. Lots of stairs for anyone with disabilities. Overall good experience but probably wouldn’t rebook there.
