Kenneys Glen is located at River Chase in Sapphire Valley, a short drive to Fairfield Lake where you may enjoy a hike or fishing. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. The master bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV as well. The kitchen features exposed beams and stainless steel appliances. A bar, that sits 3, separates the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful leather seating in the living room with a fireplace and a smart TV make for a cozy evening in. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
