O apartamento tem todas as funcionalidades descritas no anúncio. Cozinha funcional, equipamentos básicos.
A localização é muito boa, acesso fácil e muita gente passeando. Perto da praia. Transmite sensação de segurança.
O cheiro de umidade muito forte no apartamento, em parte devido do aroma que vem dos corredores. Carpete muito antigo, andar sem ventilação.
Tive que manter as janelas todas abertas dia e noite para sair o cheiro.
Banquetas no apartamento ruins.
Tem estacionamento, mas é pago. Bem fácil estacionar na rua, tem bastante segurança. Café da manhã também pago no restaurante.

DECEPÇÃO
Um relato breve, tivemos atraso de 40min no nosso check in, fomos para um show e precisávamos nos arrumar, fizemos isso no HALL do Apart Hotel, um super constrangimento, o recepcionista alegou que o hospede anterior a nós deixou o local após o horario combinado e com isso gerou atraso, já o Anfitrião (nada anfitrião) alegou que a mulher da limpeza estava em almoço! OI? HORÁRIO É HORÁRIO! Falta de respeito! Sem contar que as fotos do anuncio não condizia com o local, como por exemplo o local de CAFÉ DA MANHÃ que não existia mais no prédio, conforme os recepcionistas o mesmo estava usando de fotos antigas para faezr o anuncio, INADMISSIVEL! Quando questionando me deixou sem resposta, estou ignorada até hoje no whats! FALTA DE RESPEITO E COMPROMETIMENTO!

Arnaque et escroquerie pour refus d’habiter ce logement
J’ai refusé ce logement et je ne suis pas resté plus de 10mm en 10 jours exigeant son remboursement pour non conformité au descriptif. Refus de me rembourser. Comportement indigne arnaque et escroquerie. Je vais déposer une plainte à ma banque en rentrant à Genève pour débit de mon compte sans remboursement pour refus d’habiter pour justes motifs. C’est Indigne!!!
