Conveniently located only 1.4 miles to KDMC, close to the Refinery, Central Park, Restaurants, Entertainment, Downtown Ashland and local Hospitals and Colleges in the Tri-state Area. This home was so cozy and perfect for what we needed! It was in a great location, the rooms and beds were perfect, the bathrooms clean, and being pet friendly was a great bonus! Host was quick to respond and accommodate any issue! We will definitely be staying here again, already booked for our next trip!

Nice location for our needs and able to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably Shower on the second floor did not have hot water and the basement bedroom was very cold Other than that, property was as depicted

Glad you enjoyed your stay Johanna! The hot water in shower turns on with the smaller lever on faucet. Need to give it a couple minutes to reach to second level. I will double check it also to make sure it’s operating properly and put out an electrical heater for basement. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us. Come again anytime! Jennifer

lovely house, lots of beds

Very comfortable house with everything you need for a weekend or longer stay. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and dishes. The fridge is huge. We stayed at the end of winter and did not use the back yard where there is a grill or fire pit. Everything in the house worked. Plenty of towels and blankets. Very clean and bright.

Yes, Jennifer was great to work with. She answered all my questions I had about the house. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was the downstairs room for my mother. Since she is on dialysis she needed to be close up a bathroom and the bathroom downstairs was too far from the room for her to use. Also, the shower upstairs didn’t really have enough hot water for us to shower before it would turn “Luke warm” or even cool. Other than that, this is a beautiful house and located close enough to surrounding stores.

We rented this property while in town visiting family and it definitely served its purpose. However it is an older property (which I knew) with an older home comes problems. They need a new door and the basement had a wet spot. Otherwise good.

Thank you for your feedback Melissa. It is an older home built in 1930’s. Great shape for its age. Great for larger groups offering 5 beds/3 full baths. The front door has a slight stick at bottom in the summer months. We did see a small wet spot also in basement and found a small leak in refrigerator drain pan. It is now fixed and apologize for this inconvenience. Jennifer.

Extremely Convenient location

It was so nice having a full bath on each of the 3 levels. Having 2 large dining areas capable of seating 12 people was a luxury as I cooked for the employees and used one table as a serving table. Owners were extremely attentive to any request needed. Neighbors were so nice. Excellent neighborhood.
