Being on a high floor this beautifully remodeled Studio in the Heart of Waikiki has the best of both worlds, you are surrounded by everything Waikiki has to offer visitors whilst being high enough above it to enjoy fresh ocean breezes not to be disturbed by any noise below.

Waikiki Beach is a block and a half away. There are some awesome places to eat within easy walking distance.


What makes this studio unique

The Honolulu Zoo, Fort DeRussy and Kapiolani Park are all withing easy reach. There's also great bars and clubs should you be looking for nightlife all withing an easy walk. We love the fact that laundry facilities are located on every floor, drop those beach towels off before dinner and they're fresh and dry ready for tomorrow when you return!

You even get to enjoy the Waikiki Friday night fireworks display from your lanai.

1708 marine surf (our hotel home) was just perfect for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was perfect for us. I have a lot of metal in my back so beds usually are not good. But the bed in 1708 was so comfortable I slept great!

Despite the very slow draining shower and the iron that didn’t work everything else overshadowed that. Who needs pressed clothes in Hawaii?

I liked the dishes and the abundance of towels. I hope to make a yearly winter stay and will be more than happy to stay here again. In fact I’d like to make a deposit and reserve it again as soon as I can go over scheduling and my calendar. Please keep me in mind.

Mark was great to work with.

Guest host met us in the lobby to hand off keys and show us to the room.

Room was as pictured and clean.

Nice view of city, fireworks and partial ocean view.


Unit could use a few more basic cleaning supplies for long term rental.

Convenient location and the parking is great plus.

We arrived late at night and appreciated the host meeting us at the garage and showing us the condo. It's so convenient to everything in Waikiki. The condo is clean and everything we needed for our stay. (Enjoyed the fireworks on Friday from The balcony!)

Great location!

We enjoyed this unit very much! The location is great, right near the bus stop and central to Waikiki! And a five minute walk to the beach made it so convenient. We look forward to our next stay at #1708!

Right in the heart of everything !

Absolutely loved our stay here . Location is perfect , close to the best shopping and restaurants , and just a walk across the road to the beach . Booking , picking up keys , everything was easy, - property is clean and comfortable, and a parking spot was a bonus for us . We'll definitely be staying here from now on when we return to Hawaii!

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 60 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 60 days before your check in date you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.

However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
