This spacious, bright beach house offers open plan living downstairs with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, toilet, massive private deck looking onto old winery and a beautiful smaller front deck to capture morning sun.

Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a family sitting room. Bikes and a kayak are stored in the lock up garage for your use.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Could all washing and drying of dishes (including dishwasher to be unpacked) be completed before departure.
Please also make sure Air-Conditioning/Heating is switched off upon departure by switching the yellow button off on the controller at the bottom of the stairs.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked upon departure, including the internal door between the garage and laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
