This Home Stay provides a Five Star facility at affordable price. Located in a quiet residential and serene area with greenery all round. You will be woken up by chirping birds, get to view them and ideal for morning walks. All rooms are with AC and attached bath, has TV, Wifi, Coffee/Tea maker, etc. The first floor is exclusively reserved for guests offering lot of privacy, where there is a common seating, a Library, a Terrace seating to the front for bird watching, a terrace seating at the back for Barbeque, smoke zone etc. At the ground floor there is again a shared seating area, dining area and kitchen. The lawn and garden around the Villa gives a feeling and look of a resort. Calicut/Kozhikode is one among worlds must visit holiday destination. This serene place is a world within a world and has everything right from hills to rivers to waterfalls to back waters to beaches and Forests. For those Adventurous, the terrain offers all excitements like mountain climbing, trekking, kayaking, fishing, swimming & boating. Ayurveda Alternate medicine practiced here is a place for Therapies and other treatments. We arrange customized local tours and sight seeing.

There are lot of theme restaurants around and there are a variety of local foods that the guests should try. The beach is just 5 km away and the famous Kappad serene beach where Vasco Da Gama landed is 15 km away and a place to visit. The Beypore beach is historical, where they make the traditional wooden boats and also this beach connects to the Chaliar river a must sight to see and have a nice boat ride. Other attractions local site tours and local shopping can be arranged at request. The Kerala handloom house is full of handicrafts where guests can pick a souvenir.
