Super séjour à Mimizan

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Mimizan, l’appartement est conforme à la description et est très bien situé. Nous avons signalé au propriétaire que le parasol s’était cassé, il est venu le remplacer dans la journée !

Haben zwar etwas gewartet bis der Vermieter da war , aber alles gut geklappt. Fahren seit 1982 nach Mimizan , nicht jedes Jahr , kommen aber gerne wieder mit viel Freude zurück.

Das Appartement war sauber und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage,mit einigen Gehminuten zum Strand oder Zentrum .Die Ausstattung ist gut ,einfach alles was man braucht um gemütlich zu „Hause“zu bleiben.Wir waren Rundum zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles hat super geklappt.

Pequeña casita con espacio de terraza ideal para el buen tiempo. Urbanización de casitas similares en estancia residencial veraniega muy tranquila. A 20 minutos a pie del centro, 5-10 en bici, 5 en coche. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda (lavadora, secador pelo, barbacoa y utensilios, sombrilla y muebles terraza, aparcabicis...). Pequeña pero completa. Añadiría WI-FI.

Petite maison très fonctionnelle et bien placée. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cette maisonnette située à l'écart du centre ville mais proche des commodités et des plages magnifiques. Tout est accessible facilement en vélo. Quand à l'usine de papier située à quelques kms et connue pour ses rejets odorants très désagréables, elle ne nous a pas gâchée notre séjour. On l'a effectivement sentie 2 fois mais cela a duré quelques minutes seulement, le vent dominant venant de l'océan et envoyant toutes ses odeurs de l'autre côté à l'intérieur des terres. Nous reviendrons passé des vacances avec plaisir au même endroit.

La location est conforme à la description; c'est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé une semaine reposante malgré un temps pluvieux. La location est au calme . Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. On y retournera. Location à recommander.

Excellente location

Petite maison très agréable, au calme entourée de pins et d'écureuils. Rien ne manque au niveau confort et à la vie pratique. Bon lit également. Nous avions 2 vélos à disposition pour des balades dans les nombreuses voies cyclables et la plage, la plus proche est à 2 mn à pied. Propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets. Nous recommandons cette location.
