Luxurious 3-rooms apartment of 65 sqm. with a 20 sqm terrace, at only a few minutes from the beach, located on the first line of the main quay of La Grande Motte, in the harbour district (sleeps 4/5 persons).
High standard apartment with open plan kitchen and living room (30 sqm), 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, 20 sqm. terrace with barbecue, new upscale kitchen appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, ovens, ceramic hob, LCD screen etc.), and safe private parking. It is close to all shops.
La Grande Motte is located between Nimes and Montpellier; this proximity is favourable for cultural tourism (visits of the natural and historic sites).

Superbe appartement idéalement situé au centre de la Grande Motte

L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre de la grande motte. Le balcon, équipé de canapés, donne une vue magnifique sur le port. La décoration est élégante et moderne. Les couchages sont de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour la toilette. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui a été très flexible sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons quitté à regret l'appartement après cette expérience très positive.

Vue panoramique remarquable. Appartement très bien conçu.

Le seul inconvenient a été la grande chaleur pour laquelle personne n'y pouvait rien. Mais cela nous a empêché de profiter de cette belle terrasse. Mais en ouvrant les baies vitrées de l'appartement, nous avons mangé à l'intérieur et avons pu ainsi profiter de la vue exceptionnelle. Tout avait été prévu pour que nous passions un très bon séjour. Magnifique appartement idéal pour se reposer, bronzer, lire. La terrasse de 20m2 donnant sur le port et les plages est un plus pour le séjour avec un salon et coussins. Tout est confort avec de beaux materiaux, lits, cuisine, four et four vapeur, machines à café. Tout peut etre fait sans voiture ( même si il y a un parking ), marché, plage, balade.L'accueil est vraiment sympathique et efficace. Je recommande
