3 nights could have been more.

Great location for a relaxing 3 days with friends. Plenty of room for 3 couples with ensuites in the bedrooms. Close to the beach for a walk, run or swim.

Lovely accommodation

The accommodation was very nice, property was well presented and rooms are very generous in size, you are spoilt for choice of bathrooms, including toilets. The host was very friendly, courteous prompt with answering any questions and giving info need for the stay.

This is a great house for family and friends. Separate family area upstairs and large bedrooms. Ideal place to stay.

Great place !

The stay was great from start to finish. Benjamin was great to deal with and was more than accommodating for our stay for our friends wedding weekend. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely keep it in mind for the future.

Home away from home

Quiet lovely home with a outdoor spa

We really enjoyed staying here for Christmas, the house is quite big and very clean. 5minute walk to the beach, very easy to get to! Benjamin was a great host!

Great accommodation

Stayed here overnight with the family for a wedding. Clean, comfortable, modern property, well appointed. Host managed to arrange early check in so we weren’t rushing to the wedding. Would recommend.

The location was fantastic and only a short walk to the beach. The cleanliness wasnt great and our keycode didn't work on arrival but was fixed by the host.

Very well presented property

Very clean. Great layout of house with en-suites for each room. Host had spa warm for us - ready to hop in! Would definitely stay again.

Great location with rigid timeline

Nice house but we had a very tight time schedule to attend a family wedding. We really needed an extra half an hour to get ready, stress free, for a local wedding but owner very rigid on access time - 3pm. We literally dropped off our gear and left for the wedding. Came back to sleep around midnight, had a shower in the morning (scratchy towels and no soap or shampoo provided - is that normal??) and left at 10am without so much as a glass of water. Great location to travel to wedding and after party brunch. Can't really comment more on house as we weren't in it long enough.

Very close to beach

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my Mum and siblings to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house is large and bedrooms well appointed with lovely linen and ensuites for each. The beach really is a short walk away and very easy to get to. Benjamin was very specific in all his instructions for the use of the house.

Hidden treasure

Our recent stay at this property with a group of six was exceptional. Plenty of space for us all and every need met with this very well thought out house. It was modern, clean and very secluded. Our host was very helpful and communication was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Overall beautiful property great location, very clean good amenities and exactly as photos showed. Communication with Ben was easy, and he was very accommodating. Suggestion for further improvement would be to perhaps to include some basic tea, coffee and milk for guests to use on arrival. Otherwise, great.

Beautiful property, but lack of flexibility

Overall this property was clean, asthetically pleasing, secure and provided comfortable accommodation for our one night stay. In saying that, for the amount we paid, there was a lack of flexibility from the owner when it came to check in and out times. I was only asking for an extra 30-60 mins (making it a 2pm check in) just so that we could make the most of our stay. This was met with a hard no. On the day, traffic was a breeze so we arrived at the property at approximately 2.30, the cleaners had already departed, but still couldn't enter until 3pm on the dot. It'd be great if in the future there was a bit more flexibility. I also found it very surprising that with such a clean house, in the kitchen there were limited sponges/cleaning cloths - the only option was an old, dirty scourer sponge, and no replacement or paper towel available etc. to help with the cleaning up. Again, really nice property but a few things that made it not an ideal experience.

My name is Ben and I love property. I have been hosting people in a number of houses since 2017. I love hosting people and to help them have a great getaway. I work really hard so I know how good it is to getaway and I want to make sure people have a great time when they do!
I have done a bit of travelling during my time as well and the best experiences I have had are staying are places like these. I try my best to provide a good house and be accommodating but as we know you can't please 100% of people 100% of the time. I do live in this house when you guys aren't staying at it so you will see some of my things, but don't worry there is still plenty of space for you!

I have purpose built this house to be perfect for your holiday getaway. It has 4 massive bedrooms with premium everything and 4 ensuites so you don't have to share with anyway.
It has 2 living rooms, split systems in every bedroom and living room, gas fire place, super comfy, massive couch, spa and all 100m from the water!
I love the location as it is on the Melbourne end of the Mornington Peninsula right next to Peninsula Link so you're much closer to the city than Sorrento and Portsea. Trust me for a quick getaway the closer distance is crucial as it can take 40mins to get to Sorrento in peak season from this house! Then you have to drive back again (traffic)
You can also walk to both supermarkets close by Aldi and IGA Dromana (which has won awards) and you can walk to the restaurant and shopping strip in Dromana. The suburb Safety Beach it's self doesn't really have any shops or restaurants so you have the best of both worlds with this location.
Being close to the middle of the peninsula you are a short drive to all the main attractions to do in the area. It's really a good location!
The beach is actually very good as well.
