Weekend convention

The neighbors dogs were very noisy. Not the fault of the owner/ host of house of course. This does impact ability to sleep and therefore enjoy anything . House has some updates, more needed for expense.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The issues were most of the blinds were torn so their was no privacy and the floors were filthy we couldn’t even take our shoes off to relax because they were so dirty our feet got black just walking from the shower to the bedroom and the drawers by the bed had inappropriate items in them that children shouldn’t have access to. I would suggest that the cleaning department do a better job

We were in town for my mother-in-law's funeral. The house had enough sleeping for the 5 of us and was clean.

House was nice an spacious for our family.

My family had a nice experience while staying here. No complaints. Host stayed in communication the entire time and responded immediately if I had any questions. Nice neighborhood as well. Park across the street was an added bonus for my grandchildren.

Tennis Tournament Weekend

CiAt the last minute we were informed one of the showers was not usable due to a crack in the tile. Makes it hard with four adult men playing tennis everyday. Picture in listing shows across the street is a playground with 2 tennis courts. Main reason we chose this place. Got there and the courts were torn up. Guess the city was replacing but was very disappointing to us.

Great place to stay with some mild flaws

I am a cook there is absolutely nothing to measure anything with there , No wet or dry measuring cups and not even a tablespoon. The kitchen sink filter needed to be changed last year. There are no living room lamps just above lighting Which glares the TV.

A little more effort.

Newly redone flooring and reasonably clean. Noticed several little things that could have improved the place at minimal cost. Everything worked well as far as general components. A/C was cold( awesome) showers worked well, did not use the stove. Clothes dryer door would not stay closed. It would be a nice touch to at least leave one laundry detergent packet. Kitchen utensils were a bare minimum. Bedding was good and also clean. The laminate flooring definitely needs a cleaning in between rentals. I like to walk around in socks in the evening and my socks were filthy. Other than that, pricing was good and place was adequate. Paying a little more attention to detail would complete this residence for general needs. Also, the back screened in porch needs help. I really did not feel the need to leave a review, but after 5 e-mails from owner and agent to do so , here you go.

Not an idea vacation home

The property could of been maintained a little better, The yard could of been cut better, some areas the grass was high. I think there was poison ivy in the front. My biggest concern was these big cockroach bugs getting in through the garage from outside, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. We didn’t open the sliding door to the porch in the back because of the bug situation. The back porch looked a little beat up too. The place appeared to be clean but upon inspection it wasn’t cleaned well. Our socks got dirty from the floor and there were some crumbs in the refrigerator and hair in the shower.

Perfect Family Weekend

Everything was exactly as advertised and clean. This home was perfect for a weekend trip with the kids. I only wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the big yard and the park a few yards away.
