The pictures did not do this home justice! The view is amazing. Gate for track is RIGHT ACROSS the street and the walk to beach and town is great. You can also walk to the train station and take a coaster day train to San Diego. Perfect vacation

We had a very nice stay - everything was almost perfect. The apartment really needs blinds or curtains for privacy though.

Great location with exceptional views

We booked this condo for friends to stay the weekend of our daughters wedding. We were quite pleased with everything. The condo was comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean and race track was incredible. We will definitely rent here again when family comes to town. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here for just over a week and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. Easy access to great food, beaches, the railway, San Diego, the fair (and horse track) and anything else that you might want to do in the area. We HIGHLY recommend and will be back.

Del Mar with a view!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway to San Diego! The location is great for the fairgrounds and horse track as well as being able to walk to the beach was amazing! The host does a great job of communicating with you. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Ocean View

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I loved the panoramic view of the ocean. Solana. Beach and close by Del Mar are beautiful beach towns. The place is well kept and clean. A feature that I appreciated is having a garage in which to park my car. Anne is an exemplary host. She is easy to communicate with and will promptly respond to messages. I would definitely stay there again.

Trip to Solana Beach

My wife and I stayed in Anne's house for the Thanksgiving holiday with our two kids, both under three years old. The house was kid friendly, very clean, and the perfect spot for us to stay!

Therapy at Dog Beach

The property was fantastic. Two items that could use attention, top sheet on the bed had a rip in it and the plug in air fresheners gave the house an unnatural scent, also a bit more attention to detail in the towel linen area. We loved looking out and seeing the ocean!!! Dog beach was amazing. We sat and watched all the dogs play, it was like being at a broadway show/sitcom. We would definitely stay at this property again

Really impressed with this property! Great location, very clean and spacious. Entire property was well-stocked, especially the beautiful kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. Enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the oceanview balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Fab Property!

Loved the home, the view, watching the horses race, the location, the furnishing, the art, and the bed and master bath were killer! Anne was ultra responsive, the rate was great and will definitely stay there again!
