The house has ample lawn space in the front, two-part bathroom and another conventional bathroom, large barbecue area (balcony) and air conditioning in ONE of the bedrooms (the rest with fans). Integrated kitchen and living room with several board games, beach games, small plastic pool (to set up) and no neighbors on the sides. Well located, walking distance to the beach and market (Polastro). 2 bedrooms with double bed and one with 3 bunk beds.
