Praia Address; with all security infrastructure; commercial area with supermarkets, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream parlor; parking with shower and bathroom near the beach; access to the condominium's private beach; Beach with food stalls, beach volleyball, playground for children, exclusive kiosk for the elderly and wheelchair users, exercise area, fire station; Internal circular bus inside the free condominium.

Our house has a very large yard; a well-ventilated house with ceiling fans; we are 3 km from the access to Praia; Accommodation for 6 people (including children); 1 bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and single bed; kitchen combined with living room with all household utensils; fridge; cooker; microwave; 1 bathroom; balcony with barbecue; Sky TV.
