Thank you Julie for your kind words, 5 stars, and communicative concerns. Every once in a blue moon the resort does get hit with a number of guests that come and stay for a big party event that weekend and the guests can be a bit more 'high energy' ... This is rare, but it does happen from time to time. The good news is that there is another pool on site that we call the "quiet pool" or the "Family pool" that has a nice shaded BBQ area right next to it. If the main pool is a bit too busy on any given day, we invite our guests to try out the smaller / quieter pool area. Also, we just hired a bunch of new security staff, now that Covid is coming to an end. So this should not be a concern moving forward. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back soon!
