OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Step through the french doors into your own personal retreat equipped with a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Fire up the propane grill and relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture - staying cool under the covered patio space! Unwind on the lounge chairs and when you’re done laying out, rinse off underneath the outdoor shower. Also, enjoy a perfect yard year-round with this home’s high-quality astroturf!



THE HOME: The large, open living and dining area offers plenty of space for large groups of family and friends. Prepare your favorite meal in the stylish, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The formal dining table offers seating for eight with additional stools around the island.



BEDROOMS: Just off of the kitchen are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and two are fitted with a full-size bed. One bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Up the stairs, guests can access the back balcony as well as the master suite. The master contains two queen size beds and a stylish ensuite with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in with dual shower heads.

THINGS TO NOTE



1) This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



3) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $175/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.
