Beautiful apartment standing on the sand in front of the Indaiá beach with a balcony with a barbecue facing the beach and a second balcony overlooking the mountains and mountains with complete glazing of the balconies.

Ap with 100 square meters complete including air conditioning in the 3 rooms of the living room and fan in the three bedrooms.

Ap with 3 bedrooms and 1 suite and kitchen and laundry complete with all appliances.

Very quiet beach for children (in addition it is 5 minutes from the famous beach of the riviera de sao lourenço) and next to many options of bakeries and supermarkets.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 9 people, 1 queen bed, 1 normal double bed and 5 single beds. in addition to 2 parking spaces.
