The house was nice. It would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at one of your houses last year also.

Best house we have stayed at yet!

Our family goes to Indy every year over Thanksgiving weekend to watch the Indiana high school football state finals. This house and property manger were Fantastic hope to book with them for the future.

Guys trip for the Indy 8hr race.

Came in for the weekend to watch some sports car racing. Enjoyed the location of the house to track and other amenities perfect for race weekends.

Met in the middle some from Iowa and a couple from Kentucky. Got to get all 3 of my adult kids together. Comfy beds and plenty of room for all.

Swim meet respite

The perfect house for our stay, we had 2 swimmers competing at a high level national meet, perfect setup for 2 families and 2 teenagers to be able to relax between sessions, close enough to downtown to be convenient, but also far enough out that the restaurants weren’t too busy due to March madness tournament.

Excellent house, plenty of room for my 3 coworkers and myself

Very clean home. We had issue with dishwasher, owner came over that day and fixed it. Would return if I had to work in the area again.

Great Property and Host Communication

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We ran into a small problem with the front door lock and the host was quick to answer and address the issue. We felt safe in the house and with the immediate location. Would not want to be much closer to downtown. The house was clean and had way more than the basics! Would stay again!

accommodating. friendly and available when needed. i recommend this property. what you see in photos is what you get. clean. simple. modern and close to restaurants. we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very clean but noisy.

The host’s communication was above and beyond. The home is better than described. It was very clean and I’m fussy about germs. They are very generous with items you may have forgotten, detergent etc. It is very near the 500 track and the airport. My only warning is if you have mobility issues you may want to keep looking. Not a problem for us but information someone might want. There are a few steps no matter where you go. And my ONLY complaint is that it was noisy. The street out front, the airport traffic, the nearby train all added up to more noise than I prefer.

Owner provided fabulous service

We really enjoyed our stay. Our first night there, we ran into a problem with the air conditioner not working. We contacted Joe and he was there within 15 minutes to take care of the problem. The home was remodeled and has just about everything you may need. The home was amply supplied with paper products, trash bags, shampoos, soap, etc.. A couple of things that would have made our experience better: - hot pads or mitts for holding hot things in the kitchen - a few more kitchen tools (e.g. ice cream scoop and can opener) - a fan for the upstairs or (better) a portable air conditioner for the upstairs because it got a little warm (we stayed in June). We thoroughly enjoyed the home and appreciated Joe's hospitality and responsiveness. We highly recommend 😊!
