Property was double booked on arrival, and we were placed in a different room in the main house. The room did not match the listing (mattresses on the floor and an “Energy Enhancement” computer system running throughout the night), and we were unable to sleep comfortably. The cottage we booked was not provided. We are very disappointed that our request for a refund has not received a response. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor customer service from the host. We would not book again.
