Towels are provided according to the maximum occupancy, as clearly stated in the rental agreement. This is standard for vacation rentals and differs from hotel service. The towel notice is necessary to inform guests of potential charges for damage, as not everyone is aware. Regarding storage, the photos and agreement accurately reflect what’s included. There are no luggage stands or dressers shown, so expectations should align with what is provided. We must firmly address the false claims about our check-out communication. Our system consistently states a 10:00 AM check-out, and we have no record of any messages suggesting otherwise. Misstating these details is misleading and harmful to our business. We encourage all guests to read messages carefully and reach out if anything is unclear. We’re glad you enjoyed the community amenities like the pool and lazy river.
