Condominio frente a la playa con vistas ilimitadas del Golfo! WIFI.

Nuestro condominio está en el piso 11 y tiene una vista espectacular del Golfo y la hermosa playa de arena blanca. Disfruta de una de las mejores vistas en PCB desde el balcón y la sala de estar. El acceso a la playa está a solo un corto trayecto en ascensor. Hay tres piscinas del lado del golfo (una está climatizada). Tendrá acceso a un gimnasio, cancha de tenis y tejo.
Restaurantes y entretenimiento están a poca distancia. Piña Willies está al lado. Las tiendas y el entretenimiento están a poca distancia: Walmart, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Golf y mucho más.
El condominio duerme cuatro. Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Ropa de cama y toallas.
WIFi en la unidad con TV en dormitorio y sala de estar.

Perfection !! A This is a 5 star stay. Perfect location. Beach views stunning for sunrise and the most spectacular sunsets. Quiet area. Apartment unit clean and well kept. It had everything you could possible need for your own home comforts. I enjoyed my stay 110% and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to a super host !

The property location is wonderful. The view from the balcony was spectacular.Furniture in the unit was very comfortable.The size of the condo was a little snug for 3 people but manageable. Communication with the property owner was great. Check in process was seamless.The few items that need some improvement when owner has time:1. The front door has been compromised and is being held together with bolts - picture added. This may cause people to not feel safe in unit. 2. The AC must stay at 73 degrees or if you drop below 71 the unit will freeze per note by thermostat. I had to message owner for him to drop the AC down to 71 for us.3. The bed room is ice cold, the living room and kitchen are very warm. We had to go purchase a box fan to push the cold air from the back of the unit towards the front.4. The shower water pressure is very low. For people with thick long hair, it takes a long time to rinse the soap and conditioner out.

Great location, communication was great. Had a problem with the air conditioning but immediately was addressed. Kitchen is small and tight if you have more than one cook. Fortunately only one cook in our family so wasn’t an issue. Views are the best!

Balcony and View are perfect!

We were at the beach everyday, so having the beach chairs and umbrella rental included with the stay saved us 600! The balcony was amazing. It didn’t have an air conditioning vent blowing hot air and blaring as you took in the beautiful view. It might be time to check into getting a new sleeper sofa and bed frame. The sleeper sofa was ungodly uncomfortable and the bed frame legs eat toes - I think I left one of mine there. The condo was clean on the surface, but was in need of a deep cleaning. From the look of it, the side of the fridge that touches the trash can needs attention, it has been very neglected. Over all, it was a happy pick for us.

Great condo in a great location.

My husband and I enjoyed our get away so much. Condo was clean and the location was great. We really liked being beside Pineapple Willy’s. We walked over several times during our stay for food and drinks. The balcony was nice and not too hot. The complex had nice clean pools. The boardwalks to the beach had several showers to use and a place to hold your shoes. Be careful though, because they got really hot in the afternoon. I ended up keeping my flip flops on the beach so I could use them to walk across the boardwalk. We enjoyed the swings during the evening. Everyone was really friendly. We liked the gated parking because you had not problems finding a parking spot and felt like your car was safe. I totally recommend this condo for a couple of people. It’s not that big, but was all we needed. Views are beautiful!

Beautiful condo and beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spotless and very comfortable. The balcony views were sensational and we spent a lot of time out there. There was a day when the complex was repairing the Air conditioner and we were without air for an afternoon. The owner kept us updated constantly and even had a fan sent up for us. We were out for some of the time and the unit was cool despite the interruption. The main pool was closed down every day due to someone remodeling their unit up above it, the was unfortunate. I have to comment on the area. During the week, it was relatively calm, but the weekend was really busy and loud. The area truly was not the best as there was a shooting at the Waffle House nearby and a body was found at the Walmart across the street. We are senior citizens so maybe PCB was not the best choice for us. This has absolutely nothing to do with the Sunbird or our unit. We truly enjoyed our time in the condo and on the beach.

Panama City Beach, Florida

The condo itself was very nice - a little smaller than we’ve been used to after many vacations and stays in Destin, FL. The shower was a bit short for me at 6’3”. Furniture and bed were very comfortable and television was set with nearly every streaming service available.Beaches were clean and well groomed; complimentary beach chairs were very comfortable, according to my wife. The pool nearest the building was closed / unavailable several days and my wife advised the water was FAR from heated and was actually very cold.There was a day when the VERY loud fire alarm went off and blew for the better part of an hour. Another day, remodeling or some type of construction was going on either above or next door to the unit which started at around 8:00 am and included loud drilling and hammering.Our biggest problem with PCB was the traffic, which was simply unbearable. 30 - 45 minutes to drive four or five miles to restaurants was simply brutal.We were seriously considering a home in the nearby Jimmy Buffett over 55 community Latitude in Watersound and had specifically decided to vacation this year at PCB to see how we like it, its restaurants, shopping, etc.Needless to say, our future retirement and move to Florida will more than likely be closer to Destin than PCB.

Spring Break '25

Came to enjoy Spring Break at the beach. We used the pools and were able to bar-b-que some delicious dinner too! The views were great and the people on the property and the staff were totally polite and friendly. Not too much problems with wild youths during spring break, We had room to have our daughter's friend stay a few nights over too while her family was at Seaside for the break. Tim communicated so well with us prior to our stay that it was seamless without any issues to check in and to leave.Thanks Tim

Beautiful view

Condo had a beautiful complete view of the ocean. Nice balcony. The Sunbird had clean beautiful pools, one was heated to 85 degrees since it was February. New pickle ball courts that we used every morning, shuffle board and a nice fitness center. Gated parking lot made it feel safe. Condo was small and a little old, but view and amenities more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

I am a retired teacher and my wife is retired from the medical profession. We live in the Atlanta area and love the beach. The sand here is perfect and so is the view.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Sunbird is a smaller, quieter complex than many at PCB. The condo is right on the beach!!! No obstructed views whatsoever. We love to watch the water change colors along with the sky throughout the day - sunrises and sunsets. We also love to see pelicans fly by at eye level as well as all the beach activity such as kite surfing. The property only has 12 units per floor which keeps hallway noise to a minimum.
