I travel a lot, and only use vacation rentals vs. hotels anymore. This is the first vac rental that clearly was well thought out that I have stayed at! I literally felt like I was at home! The rental was immaculately clean, well stocked, and I appreciated that there were extra blankets in the closet. It was raining and chilly in Chico on my visit. The bedroom was very spacious. I had no problems with the bed and I am very picky. The mattress is a nice mattress, it is a firm mattress. Once you lay down it does soften up. I grew up in the Chico/Paradise area, the location is perfectly situated to navigate very easily throughout the north valley area. I frequent Chico about twice a year, and will definitely check the availability of this rental on my next visit. In regard to the stairs, I am a 62 year old woman, I have a prosthetic left leg, I had no problems going up and down the stairs, or carrying my luggage up or down…and I don’t travel lightly! I would highly recommend this VRBO. I also was greeted by one of the owners who was very friendly, and eagerly blowing the fall time leaves out of the area. I appreciated the warm welcome!

The apartment was lovely and immediately adjacent Bidwell Park. During our stay, we enjoyed walking through the park...it is spectacular! The apartment was wonderfully located,allowing us to reach both ends of Chico, North and South, within 5 minutes.Great host! Great location! Great accommodations!

Everything was exactly as described. Very nice for two people and Britt was very attentive. E has a beautiful walk in Bidwell wing is literally steps from the unit.

Great Location Near Walking Trail

We stayed for my daughter’s graduation. We used the walking trail through Bidwell Park to walk downtown. Great, peaceful location.

Comfortable and Great Location!

This was my second stay at the modern treehouse. It’s very clean and cozy, the location is close to everything in Chico, the French press and washer/dryer are pluses. I look forward to my next stay!

Look no further, the treehouse is the BEST:)

We have been coming to Chico every year to participate in the "Wildflower" bike ride. This by far has been our best stay. It's location is actually at the beginning of the route. As well, as a superb proximity to Bidwell park and downtown. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Absolutely LOVED staying at this property. Perfect for two people and right next to the park was lovely for multiple walks. The bikes were more than appreciated and helped us get around town! Going out to eat was super easy and it’s not too far from campus either so we were able to visit the UV. Cannot wait to come back!!

Great Getaway

I really enjoy staying at this property. It wasn't available the first night I needed and other VRBOs were but I booked one night at a hotel just to wait. It is right at the park which is a great place for walks, bike rides, etc. Easy to get to all places in Chico. I find the place very clean, comfortable, and the owners are very responsive (if needed).

Best place ever!

Excellent little getaway.

Great location, quiet, clean, all around great property. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place is nicely stocked with the necessatities and it is also very comfortable. I really enjoyed riding one of the bikes around town and the park. Definitely will return.

Clean, private, and comfortable.

This property exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean and in working order. Check-in and check-out was easy. The unit is over the garage is very private. We would happily recommend this property to our friends and would definitely stay there again in the future.
