Great spot, back once again

This 4-plex is great for our stays in Cascade. Having a full working kutchen with a grocery store and fly shop just three blocks away is very convenient. Restaurants also only a couple blocks away, so walking distance for most.

Wonderful Spot!

Our unit was charming, clean, and comfortable. Cascade is a beautiful, quiet setting situated between Great Falls and Helena, so our stay was a combination of quiet getaway mixed with scenic outdoor activities. The grocery store just a few blocks away was a major convenience. Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Montana Trout Trip stay

Loved the location as it was very close (20 miles) to Craig MT where all the launches for our trout trip were held. Recommended by a friend and enjoyed the cool Montana air and rain storms. Each room had AC and held a good temp during the evenings. Recommend new mattresses for total quality of stay. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Missouri River Fly Fishing BAse

This is by far the best location for a Missouri River fly fishing trip. The apartment was recently renovated. Everything is clean and comfortable. Full kitchen is well outfitted with everything you need. Owner is very responsive. Cascade is a real town and is a great home base with a grocery store, 3 small restaurants, 2 bars, a bank, post office, laundromat, gas station, fly shop, and even a car wash. This is my third season staying at this location, under new ownership this season, and now even better. I highly recommend this apartment or any of the other 3 in the building.

Excellent Cascade Housing

My buddy and I just returned from a fishing trip on the Missouri River in Montana. For 4 nights we stayed at this property. It is extremely comfortable and very well provisioned. There are a total of 4 units and, I believe all were occupied by different parties. There was no problem with any noise transfer between rooms. The facility seems well built…unlike so many others that we have used on our annual trip to Cascade. I would urge that the owner improve the mattress in our unit as they were uncomfortable and hot to sleep on with whatever protective covering is on them. Otherwise, the unit was extremely comfortable. And the location is very convenient. In fact, i am already booked to return in September. I would recommend this highly.

Perfect home away from home for my family.

Mr. Anderson was a wonderful host during my inlwas stay at his property. Everything about the property was clean and pleasant. He was more than accommodating and helpful with making my family's stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely continue to book this property when family visits.

Business and vacation stay

We needed a place close to Great Falls while I was working but wanted somewhere my wife and daughter were comfortable while I was out. This place is very nice and conveniently located between Great Falls and Helena. We really enjoyed our time there. Gym has an excellent place.

Exceeded my expectations

Was presently suprised with how beautiful and spacious our rental was. it was stocked with everything we needed, and I loved the fact that it was centrally located In the town of Cascade. We will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family, and rent again for ourselves when needed.

Clean and comfortable

Everything was nice and clean. The cabin had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great and was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again or recommend to a friend!

Accommodations for fly-fishing in the area

It was the perfect place to stay while in the area for multiple days of fly-fishing!! The full kitchen set-up made it easy to prepare meals, as it had pretty much everything you needed, it even had a propane grill outside w/ utensils!! The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was that the beds in unit 1 were a bit too hard for my liking, but we made do… overall this is an awesome place to stay!! Thank you!!

We are Gym Anderson and Debbie Dennis, and we would like to introduce ourselves as the new owners of The Iron Trout Inn located at 322 2nd Avenue North in Cascade, Montana. We are both life-long residents of Montana and have lived on the Missouri River near Cascade for 17 years. We settled in the Cascade area to open a real estate business, Montana’s Best Realty, where Gym has been the Broker for the past 16 years. The Iron Trout Inn is a new venture for us and we have worked hard for the past 6 months to remodel and refurbish the 4 unit complex. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, living room and fully stocked kitchen. We hope that your stay at the Iron Trout Inn is pleasant and that you keep us in mind whenever you travel through this area.

Each unit is much more accommodating than a typical hotel room, but our prices are comparable with smaller single bedroom hotels/motels in the area. Each unit has two full bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a living room with cable TV, Wi-Fi, and sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen including full-sized refrigerator/freezer, range, dishes and pots/pans, microwave, blender, toaster, etc. There is off-street parking and a patio area complete with picnic table and gas barbecue.

. The Iron Trout Inn is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood of Cascade which offers local amenities such as a grocery store, a gas station, car wash, laundromat, 2 bars, 3 restaurants, bank, Post Office and fly shop.

. Each unit will accommodate 5-6 people (2pp x 2 bedrooms + 1-2 on sofa) and Units 1 and 2 can be rented together with access via a common back door for larger groups of up to 10.

. Only a few blocks from the Missouri River which boasts blue ribbon trout fishing, kayaking and drift boat access.

. Only a few miles from several big game and bird hunting areas.

. 20 minutes from Great Falls, 45 minutes to Helena

. Only a few miles to Tower Rock State Park, Holter Lake, Gates of the Mountains or Ulm-Pishkin Buffalo Jump
