The villa has an open lounge, dining area for 8, kitchen with an island is fully equipped with microwave oven, 2 door fridge freezer, water filtering system, and a coffee machine. On the ground floor is a huge double bedroom with attached full bathroom. Patio doors lead to the garden where there is an extra WC for the guests.
The master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have an access to the terrace where the astonishing sea view awaits.
The villa has underfloor heating, centralized air conditioning, internet, international TV, storage room and private entrance with a parking space for 2 cars.

Situated on the newly developed western side of Rio Real in the most luxurious and stylish place in Marbella is a family oriented villa. It is in a peaceful residential area next to the Rio Real Golf Boutique Hotel and only 2 minutes’ drive to the beautiful beaches of Playa Rio Real extending to the most popular beach of Alicate Playa.

An ideal spot for relaxation and pleasure. This captivating villa is a masterpiece of leading architect, offers open plan living, exudes elegance with spacious rooms, huge terraces, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, large floor to ceiling sliding windows that can be easily opened changing the spatial configuration, making it an excellent place for drinks and dining while enjoying the view of the pool and garden.

For those water sports enthusiast, Rio Real beach is the perfect place to enjoy them. Activities like paddle surfing, wind surfing, jets skiing and boat trips which will let you admire the Marbella coastline.

This villa is a few minutes’ drive away to various shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and night time entertainment in the heart of Marbella and the glamorous renowned Puerto Banus. For shopping and movies “el Centro Comercial La Canada” one of the largest shopping centers is just within reach or visit the wonderful old town of Marbella “el casco antiguo”.

Außen "Hui" innen "Pfui"

Gerne können wir, auch nach Abstand von einigen Tagen NUR einen Gesamteindruck mit der Gesamtnote "Mangelhaft" aussprechen. Noch nie in unseren bisherigen Reisen ( in aller Welt) haben wir auf solche Missstände hinweisen müssen. Empfangen wurden wir vom Hausmeister, der nach Schlüsselübergabe fluchtartig das Haus verlassen hat. Keinerlei Unterweisung - In allen Badezimmern befanden sich keinerlei Hygieneartikel, Schimmel an den Lüftungsschächten, an den Silikonnähten. Keinerlei Glas u. Spiegelreinigung. Im Masterbad im EG funktioniert keine LED Beleuchtung an den Spiegeln. Alles dunkel und schmutzig. Die Bettenausstattung schäbig und schmutzig, Das Bettzeug mssten wir zunächst einmal waschen, Waschmittel für die vorhandene Waschmaschine, notwendige Spültücher, Handseife, Reinigungsmittel, Küchenausstattung - alles nicht vorhanden. Wir kauften zunächst alle Reinigungsmittel, Indoor und Outdoor Loungeeinheiten konnten wegen sehr starker Verschmutzung nie genutzt werden. Es roch nach Erbrochenem im OG in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Hauseigentümer der benachbarten Immobilien bestätigten uns, dass wilde und ausgelassene Partys im Sommer durchgeführt wurden und dies permanent Anlass war, dass Beschwerden ausgesprochen wurden. Wir selbst meldeten uns bereits an den ersten Tagen bei FEWO um auf diese Missstände hinzuweisen. Bilder wurden angefertigt und dokumentiert. Die primitive Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht - lt. Inhaber wären wir unfähig diese zu bedienen !! Teller fehlten oder sind bereits beschädigt - die Qualität von Küchenhilfsmittel ist mangelhaft u.s.w. - Wie kann man so eine schöne Villa die von außen auch schön aussieht, die Gartenanlage gepflegt wird, innen so verschmutzt anbieten. Die Panoramafenter im EG sowiealle Fenster im Haus waren seit Montane nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Essensreste, diverse getrocknete Flüssigkeiten klebten noch auf den Scheiben. - uns fehlten die Worte ! Die Hygiene ist das oberste Gebot - wir machten den Inhaber mehrfach dafür verantwortlich - er ging jedoch NIE auf unsere Hinweise ein und meldete sich nicht mehr. Vielmehr verwehrte er am Abreisetag eine längere Aufenthaltsdauer wegen angeblicher Weitervermietung die definitiv nicht stattfand. Der Aufenthalt war zum Glückmeist Outdoor und ausser Haus. Der vorhandene Pool wurde in unserer Mietdauer ( 9 Tage) nie gewartet. die Auffangbehälter der Poolanlage voller Blätter und Schmutz. Wir fordern vom Vermieter 50 Prozent der Vermietkosten zurück. First of all I would like to Thank you for your negative review, in fact I am always appreciate my Guests impression to improve the service but also the reality of writing comments its very important for improving not if the Guest write negative review just because he asked a Discount after stay not been approved or The Guest request to allow him to bring his pets even we don't allow that and his pets spoil the furniture and carpet just informed you to be careful because it's big loss for us you got upset. Dear Bardo the day before your arrival been sent to you all the instructions and full guide to our place ,service in charge was waiting you at the front of the door to welcome you and show you everything you need. You have started to ask many things which no any home rental can offer that like coffee capsules washing machine liquid.......ext to keep you satisfied we have brought them to you free of charge you have asked more towels more we have given you over 12 towels even you were only 2 people. But unfortunately you never been happy why I don't know ? The Villa got very positive review in cleanliness, Luxurious, Location.....ext in many online platforms. The pool and Garden its maintained by the compound management which is the most unique project in Marbella impossible that the pool or Garden not maintained well. Any how again Dear bardo I already write positive review on your visit because I am always looking to keep my Guests satisfied and hopping them to come back.
