Beautiful property and our host was extremely prompt with communication and helpful with suggestions. Our family very much enjoyed the large swimming pool and location was nice. Thank you for a lovely stay for our family vacation.

We also take the opportunity to highlight to future guests, one of the uncertainties you had before arriving - we only have standing air fans (Rowenta Fans) and do not have AC. A fantastic, tranquil, well appointed villa with great access to the beach and to Puerto Banus. We were really happy in the villa, with its beautiful garden.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We take the opportunity to highlight for 2027, noting the pool area is in the otherside to the South. Construction work is currently taking place on the property directly opposite our villa,on the otherside of the acces road, to the north. Up to three new villas may be built there. The construction work may cause noise and dust. Unfortunately, we cannot say how long the work will continue or how much disturbance it may cause.

The property felt like home, with all the amenities. From the clear communication with the manager to the location to the warm feel, we could not have asked for a better stay in Marbella.

Amazing beach holiday

The villa is in an amazing location, 5 minutes from the beach. Great pool and house for two families with kids. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable location. The host was super accommodating and communication was always prompt. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous villa in great location

Great Villa

Lovely week away in this beautiful villa. Gardens and pool are very well maintained and beautiful. Upper terrace was an absolute haven. Would highly recommend

Perfect villa for all the family!

The Villa is perfectly located and well equiped! We had a nice vacation with 2 kids under the age of 2, plenty of baby equipments, plenty of space and the Villa is near the beach, the village, the grocery, restaurants and more! I recommend!

Fantastic villa!

Fantastic spacious house with a great pool and very pretty garden. We had a great holiday, the location was perfect- lovely beachfront with restaurants and a supermarket all within easy walking distance, with Puerto banus also an easy walk. The check in was very good, we were greeted by the hosts, communication was excellent. I would recommend this property and we would like stay again.

Great villa

Villa was great plenty space. Gardens were lovely and pool huge. Grandkids loved pool. Only negative need Aircon for summer months especially when we were there end July.

Best family holiday

First class property. Beautiful gardens & great pool. Well located for ease to other areas of the Marbella coast. The kids 6&8 were easily entertained with so much space. Marc kept us well informed of local events & facilities. Truth is, we didn’t want to go home😁👏👏

Amazing Villa

This villa surpassed our expectations. Host very helpful. Check in easy. Well equipped. Excellent pool. We were lucky to visit in June when the gardens were at their best. Very well looked after. Short walk to beach and restaurants.

Fantastic

Amazing villa, so picturesque! We came as a family for my 30th birthday so a mixture of ages (including 7 month old) area was peaceful but easily access busier areas through the bolt app (around €10 max for us all to get into peurto banus). About 25/30 min walking along the beach to marina. Local supermarket has everything you’d need and about 10 min walk away. Villa itself is lovely, spacious, especially around the pool. Would love to come back!

Fantastic garden

Incredibly cozy and large, safe garden - nice pool and plenty of outdoor furniture. Big nice house. short distance to restaurants, beach and grocery store. The only minus is that there is no air conditioning. and 2 of the bedrooms with small double beds. An incredibly pleasant, helpful and accommodating host. We had a great time! Greetings family with 4 small children from 4 months to 2.5 years, their 4 parents and 2 grandparents.

Thank you Astrid, for taking the time to write a review. Yes, we only have good quality floor mounted fans. We do not have a-c. The internet presence and the contract are explicit on this. The two smaller beds are 135cm and 140cm wide. We will change the 135cm bed to at least a 140cm wide one as a result of these comments. We also have two single mattresses and a baby cot which we can also deploy. Very pleased you enjoyed the size of the property and the close proximity to the beach. You made a couple of other observation to me which you may wish to know, have been addressed. Kind regards Marc

A Pleasure

From start to end, the owner Marc was very informative and the info in the villa was extensive and useful. The location is excellent - €8 Taxi to Puerta Banus and €13 to Marbella Town but many restaurants and bars available in the local area of San Pedro. The villa was like a family home (which I suppose it is!) but the crowning glory is the pool and surrounding gardens. The incredibly large garden is beautiful, the pool area is fabulous with sunshades, loungers, tables and chairs and lovely night lights. Everything you need for a nice break. Highly recommended.

Those that wish to walk to Puerto Banus, rather than take a taxi , it takes approximately 30 min along a purpose built pedestrian - bike path along the beach. The path takes you past protected sand coves which are ideal beaches for children and the elderly. The path also leads goes all the way to Marbella. Kind regards Marc

A home from home

This villa is definitely a home from home. You can tell when owners use their property as it was so well equipped. There are 2 very good size double bedrooms and 2 smaller double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite or separate bathroom. The living area is also a great size for a large group. We were very lucky with the weather which enabled us to make full use of the outside space. The gardens are beautiful and were in full colour. The grounds are very secure, so no chance of any child escaping. It is in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the front and promenade. We used a car to get to other areas but taxi's are plentiful if needed. Had a great time and would definitely return.

Absolutely Wonderful

My family of 7 adults have just returned from this superb luxury villa , which is situated in a lovely area close to the beach . The property itself is set within a huge plot of very well maintained gardens and fantastic swimming pool . It also has a roof terrace which we used very often , watching the sun come up and go down . The pictures do not convey the actual size of the garden . Marc and Tracey met us at the property and gave us the guided tour along with any relevant information that was required . Any teething problems that we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently . We spent 10 days at the villa and most days found ourselves lazing about the pool , before exploring further afield at night . Puerta Banus and San Pedro are within walking distance or a short taxi ride . If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway then do not hesitate to book this property - the privacy offered is second to none . JH & family

A beautiful Villa in a perfect location

We had an amazing time at the villa, it’s so well equipped with everything you could need and it’s very comfortable too. We had our 1 year old with us and he had everything he needed. There is so much space both inside and outside. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and the pool is huge and so inviting on a hot day. You also have lots of shade outside, around the pool and in the gardens. The Villa is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a week away and the kitchen has everything you need for all types of cooking. We didn’t want to hire a car and the location is so easy that you really don’t need one. You can walk down to the supermarket (who deliver for free if you spend a minimum of 40 Euros) and restaurants and bars are within walking distance. As a family we wanted a peaceful location and the villa delivers on that, you can hear the birds all day and it’s so quiet at night. Marc-Alexander and Tracey helped check us in and gave us a tour of the villa, they were great both before and when we arrived. Thank you for an amazing stay we hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful garden and pool area

A very delightful house in every way! We are very happy with our stay. Lots of space to hang out, both inside and outside. The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers and the pool area has plenty of furniture, with both sunbeds, a table for dining and multiple other seating arrangements. For those who prefer to stay inside there is also a dining table and two nice couch areas. The kitchen is worn out but well equipped with all desirable appliances. We especially appreciated the accessibility of some consumables; beyond the obvious such as dish soap and toilet paper there were also for example some spices and cooking oils, some pantry items, detergent and bathroom supplies. This made it easy and comfortable to vacation here. The teenagers who shared the smaller beds would have preferred them bigger, but there was a mattress to put on the floor which solved that issue. Both the beach and grocery store is within walking distance, but we rented a car which was convenient; so we didn’t have to carry the groceries home in the sun and also to go on trips to nearby sights such as Gibraltar and Marbella old town. The hosts of the house showed an interest in us having a good stay. They provided information and were always available in case of questions. We had a great time in Villa Don Carlos.

Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu me rendre sur place comme prévu pour nos vacances, mais le reste de ma famille a pu profiter de la maison et en est revenu absolument ravi.La maison est tout simplement fantastique : très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et entourée d’un immense jardin magnifique avec une belle piscine. Elle offre vraiment tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis.L’emplacement est également idéal, à proximité de la mer, de Puerto Banús, des restaurants et des supermarchés, ce qui est très pratique.La communication avec le propriétaire a été impeccable du début à la fin. Il s’est montré très arrangeant, notamment en nous permettant d’effectuer le check-in un peu plus tôt que prévu.Une très belle adresse que ma famille recommande vivement, et où j’aurai aimé pouvoir séjourner moi-même!

Great Family Holiday

Overall great holiday. The villa is lovely with an amazing garden. Location is perfect, we didn’t have a car and didn’t need one all week. Definitely recommend!
