My space is within beautiful landscapes, views of mountains, zero pollution, clean air, spring water.
Casa de Campo located within the APA (Environmental Protection Area) of Araras with an exuberant nature.
Upper floor: glass-enclosed balconies, living room with fireplace, 48 "TV with Sky antenna, Wi Fi Oi / Velox, electric wine cellar for 35 bottles, full kitchen with 20 liter mineral water bottle, 2 suites with balcony, 1 bedroom , Mezzanine, 1 bedroom / office with balcony, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, service area, parking.
Lower floor: balcony, wine cellar, games room with pool table, toilet, shower, dry sauna and support bar.
Outdoor area: kiosk with barbecue, pizza oven, 8-seater table.
Swimming pool with hydromassage, on the left side, activated by a button on the wide deck edge, table with 4 chairs, 2 chairs and 2 chaises / sunbeds, foot washers.
The land has a small lake and garden bench, with access on the left side, through a steep descent by stone staircase and eucalyptus railing.(attention on the descent)
The garden offers 2 houses for dogs.
Wide lawn, 2200 m2 plot
