Casa moderna y céntrica de MnC en San Gabriel

Casa independiente recientemente remodelada, moderna, limpia y céntrica con 2 dormitorios, 2 camas queen y 1 baño en su propio lote privado en San Gabriel.

La casa tiene una cocina y baño completamente nuevos. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales para cocinar y disfrutar de una buena comida en casa. El hogar está abastecido con ropa de cama, toallas y champú. Hay un gran patio delantero cerrado para mayor privacidad. También hay un patio lateral y un amplio patio trasero para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de un poco de tiempo al aire libre.

Esta es una casa individual de 1,100 pies cuadrados ubicada en un vecindario residencial amigable y seguro en el corazón de San Gabriel. A solo 5-10 minutos a pie de supermercados, cafeterías, panaderías, bancos, restaurantes y muchas otras empresas locales. ¡Un lugar perfecto para hospedarse cerca de todo lo que necesita!

The property was exactly as listed and the owners were very professional and were flexible with my late notice of change of plans. They let us check out late which was one of my requests. They have a parking space in the driveway which was a huge plus for us. The place was very clean and easy to find. 10/10 would use again and would recommend

Quick Rose Bowl getaway trip

This was a super quick trip to see the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl game, so we didn’t really spend much time there; late nights and early mornings. That being said this little house is in good shape for guests. Looks like it’s been remodeled and updated. We are football fans and as such what happens at the end of the season is those games get spread out to Channels that are not necessarily local. This home has Roku and Netflix but no cable so I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to figure out how to cast it off of my iPhone so we ended up going into Pasadena to watch the football game on New Year’s Eve. Also, I had seen or thought I had seen that there was a Keurig so I brought all my pods because you know… Coffee. And there was no Keurig there although there was a coffee pot but we couldn’t find any coffee there either so that may have just been something that I misread or the Keurig was missing for some reason. I don’t know. Michael is very responsive. Realize that there is only one bathroom so if you have four ladies, it could be congestive, but it worked for us and was overall happy with this stay…

Perfect place to stay in the area

This is always our choice of places to stay when we are in the area. Nice, clean, comfortable. Great communication with owner who is friendly and responds quickly if we have any questions. Great location, very nice house, great host

The house is exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. The communication is excellent, and everything was set to make our stay really enjoyable. We had a great time in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is well-maintained and clean, and the owner is wonderful. Beautiful orange and lemon trees in the yard made a fun experience for our son.

Clean Home in a Quiet Neighborhood.

Stayed for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. House was very clean, bed was comfortable, and kitchen had everything you would want to cook any type of meal. The host Michael was very good with communicating with you. Overall a good stay and would definitely recommend the property.

We enjoyed our second stay at this property, as we did when we first stayed over the holidays in late 2023. We would certainly consider staying here again as it is a very comfortable house for us to stay in for an extended period of time (several weeks).

Wonderful stay at MnC’s in San Gabriel

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks during 2023 Christmas holidays while visiting family. MnC's property was a perfect fit for us, and provided a great alternative to staying at a hotel in the San Gabriel Valley. Michael was amazingly responsive in answering any questions that we had during our stay. And we really appreciate the extra charm that MnC added during our stay with holiday decorations that complimented the already charming atmosphere of the house. Well done !

Cozy home near Pasadena

My 70 year old mother and my 17 year old daughter and myself booked this property in order to be close to the Pasadena Rose Parade area as well as its proximity to the greater LA area. The property was exactly as described minus the ambiance and coziness that cannot be put into words. Michael was excellent at communicating with me and extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. I highly recommend this property and owners and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Gut gelegendes schönes Haus

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesen Haus. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm ruhig und doch gut gelegen um überall hin zu kommen. Die Beschreibung stimmt voll überein, es ist sauber und gepflegt, Es gab nichts, dass uns die Freude am Aufenthalt irgendwie genommen hat. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Also eine klare Empfehlung von uns.

My husband and I went to San Gabriel to visit our 1 month and 2 1/2 yr. granddaughters. We found these accommodations perfect for us. The place was clean and had all the amenities to cook our meals and the atmosphere to eat outside under a roof providing shade. The large back yard gave the feeling of being in a home. The host, Michael, was very friendly and informative. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here on our next trip back to see our family.

This home has two bedrooms with a queen bed, TV and desk in each. A fully remodeled bathroom with a bath tub/shower. A fully stocked kitchen. The home also has a nice front and back yard with a side patio for relaxing outside. There is parking on the driveway for two cars.

This is a private home where you will have complete privacy to the entire house except for the garage which is used for storage. There is parking available in the driveway for two cars. Please note there is no overnight parking permitted on the street without a permit. The house does not have cable TV but the TV does have access to Roku and Netflix using your own account.
