Recently renovated home in the perfect location in Austin. NEWLY INSTALLED POOL AND PUTTING GREEN! Just ten minutes to downtown, Zilker Park, 6th Street, Rainey Street, and the airport. Circuit of the Americas is also only 15 minutes away. This home sleeps 16 in regular beds and even more on air mattresses if needed. There’s so much to do in Austin, come find out why everyone is visiting Austin! Stay in luxury without paying the luxury price in Austin Texas! This home is owner managed and I live only about ten minutes away from the home. I am just about always available to help if you need anything.

There is an echo show that has a camera for video calls in the kitchen, please feel free to keep that lens closed when not in use.

I lived in this home for over a decade and I still stay here sometimes. I recently spent 4 months renovating it myself, and I'm really proud of it. I would love to hear if you like it as much as I do. TV's in every bedroom, granite countertops, Netflix included, Alexa in every bedroom so you can set alarms or find out how the weather is.
