New Ridge Duplex with Laundry and Private Hot Tub - Great Sunsets Too!

Sunnyridge Retreat is a new, modern duplex on The Ridge. This house has everything for your friends or family including an open concept living area and amazing views of the Monashee Mountains and Vernon.

Enter through the custom-made front door to a large entryway. The main floor has an open living room, a large dining room with a fantastic dining room table, and a large upgraded kitchen, it’s the perfect spot for your friends and family. This main floor also has a powder room.

Walk down a set of stairs, and this is where you will find the three bedrooms and the hot tub.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, ensuite with shower (no bath) (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Double/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 3) and Single/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 2)

On the lower level, there is a den with a couch and TV – a perfect spot for the kids! You will also find a large ski room with enough room for everyone’s gear – ski in and out right from the ski room door!

This deluxe home features a single garage, with room for an additional 2 cars in front.

Bonus: The hot tub is open for the winter and summer season and closed for the shoulder seasons.

NOTE: The recommended maximum occupancy for Sunnyridge Retreat is 6 adults and 5 children.

Sunnyridge Retreat is not pet friendly – please leave your furry friends at home.

Sunnyridge Retreat is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please Note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could make first tracks in the morning.

Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We also provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.

Maximum stay for this property is one month - want to stay longer? Just ask and we may be able to consider it.
