Great Stay

We were in town to see a concert at Red Rocks. The property worked great for our stay. It's clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to shopping. The neighborhood is nice with a couple restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the host was great. Would stay there again when in town.

Wonderful stay

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Lots to do within walking distance but also very drivable. It was also surprising at how big it was. Also everything we needed for utensils, cooking equipment etc was available. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Great stay, great place, great host

We had a wonderful stay while staying in Colorado for a few days with plenty of space, very clean, and host was very helpful, will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time in Denver and our house was great. Perfect location for why we were there. Very convenient to all stores and restaurants. The host was response to our needs. The house was nice and had all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely book there again.

Excellent stay

House was excellent. Clean and spacious. Several breweries and restaurants in walking distance and a short 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

Beyond expectations

Place was amazing and was beyond expectations. The house was clean and offered everything you could wish for. This place is a lot bigger than pictured and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood was quiet and location was convenient to any stores you may need. I would book here again in a heart beat and I’m glad I did.

Excellent Experience for Family Trip to Denver

This home is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It included all of the amenities and appliances needed for an extended stay which made it very enjoyable. Board games and kids dishware were a nice touch that helped accommodate our family with young kiddos. The neighborhood was quaint and nearby to lots of parks, restaurants, and the downtown area. It was also easy to access the mountain region to the west. The owners made a point to check in and ensure we were taken care of. We would definitely return in the future and recommend to others!

Fabulous Home!

My sister & I came in to surprise our dad and we absolutely loved the Gray House. Everything went smooth, great communication with John, the home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood that was close to many things.We can’t wait to come back!!

Great place and location

Well appointed and comfortable with easy access to downtown Denver and Red Rocks. There are also lots of restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. The house has plenty of space including a fenced in backyard. It even has an attached garage that you can park it, making loading and unloading a breeze! Will stay again.

Great home in Edgewater

This home was more spacious than I thought and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything looks recently updated. Having the garage was an extra bonus I wasn't even aware of. Edgewater is interesting town and there are some nice restaurants a short walk from the home.

Wonderful Welcoming Wheatridge

Dear hosts, thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. It is a convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and good amenities as advertised. We loved the Edgewater restaurant and Beer Garden which was just a few blocks away. Very handy for entertaining guests, and they loved our dog. The decor was very pleasant and attractive. The front yard was very luscious with soft green grass and shade trees although the back yard was small and a little rough and weedy. The electronic welcome and check-in screen in the foyer was very impressive and convenient! On the negative side, we had problems with the streaming TVs and would prefer to watch local regional and national news live. The living room TV reception was awful, breaking up all the time. A guide book with suggestions for its use would've been helpful. The bathtub in the front bathroom was extremely slippery, possibly a lawsuit waiting to happen! It needs to have a handicap bar installed at the very least, and the hot water needs to be turned down to a less blistering temperature. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but the microwave is in a bad spot and needs to be raised to counter level for child protection and Improved usage. The control panel on the dishwasher is being held on with tape and needs repair. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay in Wheat Ridge

The house was wonderful. It was large with plenty of space for everyone. It had been updated really nice. Was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days while visiting Denver. Neighborhood is a little older type neighborhood but quiet and pleasant.

Great getaway spot

This house was exactly what we needed for a family vacation visit, housing the overflow. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean upon entry. It is in a great location that allowed us to walk to eateries, quick drive to anything we needed. As we had family in town we visited with daily, we didn’t use the yard or grill, but that was very nice to have! Would book this again should we need a spot for future visits.

Ideal Location

Plenty of space. Exactly as described with no surprises. Fabulous‘home base’ to stay at at night while we moved around during the day. Would highly recommend. Great communication with the owner!

Family reunion

My oldest daughter is working in Denver for the summer. My husband, other 2 daughters and I wanted to visit her for the weekend. We weren't there for sightseeing, we just wanted to catch up as a family. This house was perfect for us to reconnect. Our favorite part was the table. We loved sitting around it playing games, laughing and enjoying each other's company. We all slept comfortably and had a wonderful time at the house.

Overall our stay was good except to the king mattresses in both the rooms. They were very soft with springs making squeaky sound. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Hope the owners change it.

Great house

Great house in a great neighborhood, short drive or walk to breweries, food, downtown, Golden, etc. It was hot during our stay and the house was nice and cool and comfortable. A couple adirondack chairs in the back and it would be perfect.
